Best Western Crequi Lyon Part Dieu

The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. It is good location, very easy to find from train station. Breakfast was good variety of fruits, cheeses and pastry. Only thing missing was some fresh salat. Everybody were nice and pleasant.

Only thing that i didn't like and that actually disturbed me was the fact that they blocked money for the first night , 2 days after i made reservation, while i still had time to cancel it without any penalties. I wrote to them about this and they explaining this was warranty for cancelation and that i will get back money after i pay at arrival. At arrival after paying for the full period they said that they will return me the money after checking out. At the check out they told me they will release the money after they checked if i have consumed anything from the mini bar. It has been one week since i came back from the trip and they still didn't do so. Which i find quite disturbing.

Great location, walking distance from the train station as well as almost walking distance from the old town If not, a tram station is one block away. And just next to the hotel, there is a grocery store. I had a room with the window directly on the street, but with amazing soundproofing - I could see cars passing by just a few meters away, but I did not hear a thing.

The shower should have a curtain otherwise the floor is wet every single time you have a shower.

Plenty of cafés nearby and easy to get around with just a short walk to the tram on Rue Servient. Tickets are available from the supermarket next door, or just tap and go using your contactless bank card to pay for journeys. The hotel is in a fairly central location, well placed for shopping trips and visiting local landmarks, while our room was quiet, set back from the street and away from traffic. The concierge and all staff were polite and helpful.

I chose Best Western because of the value and close proximity to the train station for traveling the next day. The friendly staff gave me a map of the city and told me where to see a stunning view of the city from a small park on the mountain below Notre Dame Fourtiere. They made sure I knew not to dawdle too long among the enchanting outdoor restaurants and be back before the front doors were locked for the night. I loved the cozy courtyard seating area in the center of the buildings. Morning breakfast had an awesome array of choices. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

I liked everything about Crequi Lyon Part Dieu and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a suite , a large bed and a sofa bed, both quite comfortable; the suite was nice and clean. the staff has been very helpful and courteous, willing to do the extra mile to make our stay the best possible. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops etc.

If I really have to be picky, the Wi-Fi it kept disconnecting , but maybe it was a peak point when I tried to use, I am not sure, but anyway not big issue at all.

The quietness of the hotel was perfect for me as were the friendly staff. They were very helpful and chatty. Breakfast was very tasty indeed and a good choice to be had. My room was on a second floor and I had a street view too.

Not much to find fault with really. No restaurant in the hotel but lots of places to eat within walking distance anyway.

The hotel is located in a good area in the business district, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was nice and provided a lot of options, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

Although the hotel seems to have been modernized in the rooms and lobby, most of the central areas, elevator and hallways still have an outdated look, the room was rather small and it was quite noisy from the traffic outside

I had a very nice stay. The room is pleasant and just big enough, also the bathroom. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, also the staff is very polite and nice. Location is quite close to the train station (15min walk) and to the old part of the city (20min walk). Overall, I highly recommend.

Wifi connection is very bad and slow. It is not good enough to work, especially when sitting by the small table. The connection was good only when close to the room entrance. Also there is very little lighting and when I came, it was a bit dusty everywhere.

Our room was on the second floor facing the lovely garden, a palm tree behind our window. There was a friendly blackbird couple that came to say hello. Lovely breakfast, kind staff.

In our room there was an odd door between the passage and the bed. Very awkward with no purpose whatsoever. Also, the bathroom door opened in a weird angle, totally impractical.

The Rooms were clean and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Location of the property was excellent. Definitely a great choice.

The water kept in the Minibar was told as free but later was charged as only 1 bottle was free and it was not even mentioned which one's were free and which were chargeable. Could do better in this case.
