The hospitality was exception. Laurence and her son Cami (apologies for the spelling) were brilliant hosts. They helped by giving local information on the transport, where to eat and even booked our taxi. They were always happy to help. One of the most impressive parts of the stay were the breakfasts. Freshly squeezed orange juice, a homemade cake each morning, flowers in the table. Attention to detail " formidable". Not to mention the glass of melon, apple or pear balls cold meat and cheese all served in a high walled garden which reeked of French style and history.

Small inconvenience that both bedrooms shared the same toilet, although this was our choice to keep close together. We had been offered the alternative of a studio apartment with its own facilities.

never stayed at such a delightful residence. completely different set up than an average hotel the attention to detail from clearly an artistic host was second to none. no tv which was nice as room filled with random picture books. so relaxed and divine. the bed was sooo comfy and the rooms just lush. the host was lovely and well the breakfast set up was something else. this place close to town and station made our holiday despite torrential rain. happy memories of a beautiful property

weather prevented us using the beautiful garden. nothing else

It was a good location with plenty of local amenities. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. Laurence was a great host and breakfast was a real delight.

Hard to complain as it was a fantastic place. We arrived in a heatwave 40degrees for several days so no air conditioning was difficult but there was a fan which helped.

Very good location. Laurence a wonderful host. Breakfast was wonderful! Very quiet garden apartment and no problem finding parking directly outside. Great location for exploring the bordeaux region with its vineyards etc.

We stayed in the self contained studio, which was well equipped and comfortable. I was able to park my motorbike in the garage in front of the studio. It is well located near the centre of town and also the train station.

There weren't any sachets of coffee or milk available.

I Love every small detail of this property, it’s amazing! When you stay at this hotel you have a feeling like you are the owner of the old and atmosphere chateau! The breakfast in the garden just one love! I dream to visit it again, but now with my family! And the owner is so hospitality!

one window did not have a dark curtain to hide the light, but it was ok 

Best breakfast we had in France and lovely artistic house. We rented bikes around and its a good location to explore near by winery's

No wardrobe in the double bedroom, toilet being separate from bathroom.

The location of the hotel was central and perfect to explore Libourne. The hotel was interesting and arty. The breakfast was lovely and served in a beautiful small garden.
