Lucie and Eveli were excellent hosts; extremely accommodating and professional to make our stay very special indeed. The chateau was lovely and the facilities were excellent to enjoy a relaxing holiday away

The rooms were not air conditioned and had a single pedestal fan, however this was a minor inconvenience simply due to the unseasonably hot weather. Opening up the windows and allowing air flow into the room made it easier to cool down however

This is great producing domaine, with 3 rooms. Our room had been renovated to high standard. The bed is fantastic, great night sleep. Breakfast is self served & was great, cheese, coffee, croissants, pains au chocolat, local honey and wine jelly, good coffee. We only stayed one night but we would have loved to stay longer.

Maybe having some staff if the morning would have been a plus (maybe enticing a purchase or two ;) ) but Eveli, which we met the night before, was lovely and did check in with us via text messages.

Wonderful stay in a working vineyard with a lovely relaxed hospitality, due mainly to the warmth and professionalism of the manager Eveli, who gave us an excellent tour and tasting. Rooms stylish with lovely views over vines.

Breakfast was self service and at a communal table and perhaps it could have been clearer how this worked!! Suggest some more outdoor seating reserved for staying guests ... these are minor issues, understandable in first season open!

An amazing place in the middle of a vineyard in Pomerol. The close street does not disturb. The house is beautifully renovated. A fantastic mix of old and modern. The rooms are spacious. The reception very friendly and the tour and winetasting with Adrien was very good and interesting. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thx to the team of Château Bonalgue!

We loved everything! The Chateau was gorgeous and the rooms stunning. Looking out our window at the rows of vines was just magical. The facilities were very tasteful and had everything we needed for a perfect visit. We enjoyed the breakfast and our wine tasting as well. The staff were lovely. Many thanks x

The most incredible stay with the most incredible hosts. One of my best travel experiences with the kindest hosts that made my stay nothing short of stellar. Beautiful place, fantastic breakfast, and the most helpful team (wonderful wine too, of course :)

We loved the welcome , we enjoyed the outside space, amazing room and very good French breakfast. We enjoyed tasting the grapes and learning about the vineyard. We would definitely come back.

If you don’t want to drive it is a longish walk to a restaurant.

Breakfast was lovely but would’ve liked some ham and cheese. Location of the property was wonderful. Tatiana was very friendly helpful professional knowledgeable and informative. The gentlemen working the feels always wait a sec good morning which was really lovely

A kettle in the room and small fridge would have been good.

Amazing room with exceptional, friendly staff. Good value for money and lots of space.

I would have liked a coffee machine in the room, but the one in the kitchen area was easy enough to get to
