Beautifully presented guest house with very accommodating and friendly hosts. Our bed was so comfortable due to the high quality of the bedding and mattress. High quality bathroom fittings as well. The breakfast provided in the communal dining and lounge area was prepared fresh every morning. Homemade items plus fresh fruits, yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly ground coffee, teas, eggs, baguette and the best croissants ever!

We had the king room (room 3) and deluxe king room (room 1). The king room has a patio to inner court yard that was very quite and not too hot. The Deluxe King room has a bit street noise during the day, but very quite at night. It is also hotter than the other room. Neighborhood is about 5 minutes walk to the tram and 20 minutes ride to the old city. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good, including baked goods, egg cooker, fresh made fruit salad, fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurts. The living room, kitchen area is very large, providing additional space to hung out.

Davide was really nice host, showed us the property thoroughly. The breakfast was really good and fresh, and they even catered for my gluten free requirement (I am celiac).

Family room on the top floor should have a warning on the way out to the terrace. There is a leading edge that protrudes outside the walk out window door that may be difficult to see. One of the guests in our group hit it quite hard with her head and it was painful.

Very comfortable large bed and a great breakfast. Room was very clean with a good size renovated bathroom. it was great that a washing machine and dryer were available. Breakfast was diverse and generous. The city centre was accessible by the tram - a stop close by - or an interesting scenic walk along the river. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

What an incredible stay. Fantastic friendly owner, who provides a delicious breakfast every morning. The bed was among the most comfortable I have stayed in. In a beautiful neighbourhood near fantastic places to eat and drink and go for walks. Will 100% come again

Everything was perfect.

the common space kitchen and resting space. the modern design was very comfortable. the breakfast was lovely. the laundry option was also a plus. the AC was a huge help

Elegant and beautiful guest house with striking interior design. Our host was very helpful, friendly and gave us several very good restaurant ideas to check out!

It would be nice to have a view from our room, though great to have a covered terrace to eat meals.

Everything was new and cozy

The premises are at least 20 minutes walking distance from everywhere that is not good if you travel with kids. Everything else was perfect

Host was very gracious and breakfast was lovely, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Suppose the only real drawback was the location. Would probably have wanted somewhere a little nearer the town centre but it is a small quibble.
