Hotel Cool Zagreb Airport

We arrived late at night with small children, it was very convenient to stay close by the airport. The shuttle service in the morning was a quick and cheap way to fetch our rental car. The hotel was neat and clean.

Keep in mind that there is only one person working both the reception desk and the shuttle. The flight we arrived on had about 7 rooms arriving at the same time. So if you don’t fit in the first shuttle you will have to wait 20-30min for the person to check everyone in, show them their rooms, and then drive back to the airport. Not great if you have small/tired kids.

The location is perfect, this is the fourth time I book here as its 4 minutes to the airport by car, and it’s super convenient to drive there during the night for early flights. The price is great and the check in process is easy. The restaurant is veeeeery good!

3/4 times we were assigned the room by the entrance way to the reception so the guest who check in or out during the night are so noisy with the luggage they wake you up (this time we were closer to the shuttle so you could hear the door banging). Did not have the A/C remote so we could not adjust the temperature (it was warm and damp). Not the facility’s fault but we killed maybe 20 mosquitos in one evening 🥲😂

Transfer from the airport to the hotel was quick and easy. Front desk associate was friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was quite friendly and the food was delicious with huge portions. I had a very early flight the next day so I arranged a 4:30am shuttle and the driver was early and waiting for me - nice to start a very long travel day off with no stress. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling out of Zagreb! Well done!

In the booking ad it said there was an airport shuttle, but it did not disclose that there was a fee for the shuttle. Generally when a hotel says they provide a shuttle, it is inferred that it is complimentary. No big deal, as the fee was reasonable, just maybe disclose that ahead of time.

I needed a place for just the last night of my stay in Croatia before getting on the plane to head home. This was perfect! It is truly a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. Very modern exterior and interior; light and bright. The shuttle was great for an early morning flight, as well. The restaurant was fabulous with great food for a small price. Very surprising!!

For this visit, there was nothing I didn't like. I would have chosen differently if I planned to stay in Zagreb as a tourist or for work as it is on the outskirts of the city.

it was 10 minutes from the airport, we had a very early flight the next day. They had a restaurant and bar, they look nice and inviting, we saw several people in there even though we had checked in mid afternoon so we just went into town...about 30 minutes by uber, so we did not not go into the bar and restaurant, i can see us using them next time. the hotel was everything you need for an overnight or if there is another reason to stay near the airport

Great hotel for one or two nights between flights, located very close to the airport, with a shuttle service. Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was available and nice. Very good and quite cheap restaurant downstairs. Good breakfast for the price.

The location is in a small village close to the airport but quite far away from Zagreb (about a 30 minute drive to the city center). Not a lot of options to go out to eat.

Good hotel, close to the airport. The restaurant on site is probably the biggest selling point of this hotel. The food was incredible and well priced. The room was nice and clean, no issues. Parking was also fine, they also offer a shuttle which looked good if you weren't driving.

Breakfast was abit of a let down, no toaster which was odd, as there was a nice selection of condiments to put onto bread etc. Don't think the selections of cereal, hot food etc was worth the price per person.

location to airport. they have breakfast and shuttle for additional charges but handy. they have a lovely little restaurant and bar on site which helps if you do not have transportation. staff speaks English and are very accommodating.

they have gorgeous modern bathrooms. they provide toiletries which I found many places didn’t and it’s a blessing if you have forgotten yours. i have stayed several times as it is our hotel of choice every trip over for arrival and departure night and if I have one tiny suggestion it would be that they regrout the shower in places. the showers are gorgeous huge walk in types and my only tiny suggestion get on the tiny upkeep before it gets worse. they are very very clean.

It had the hospitality I have come to expect from croatia. Every person employed at the hotel was gracious, and helpful, and kind. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean, and a short convenient shuttle to the airport. Not to mention the fantastic restaurant it houses! Great way to end our trip.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave! A hook by the shower to hang a towel would be convenient, but it all suited my needs perfectly.

It met our expectations as we needed a place close to the airport and the location is just perfect for that. Its not too far from the Zagreb old town as well as its just a Uber drive away with not too much of a burden on your pocket. The place is well kept, staff is friendly and has lots of place for parking. It has a very functional restaurant and a decent breakfast at a cost.
