Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport

The staff was excellent very kind and helpful. The breakfast is nice, I love the mini waffles machine. The airport shuttle was fantastic. Long distance to Toronto city center but you have direct bus to the metro station (green line) in front of the hotel.

Room was okay

Didn’t like the front desk girl who did our check in she was rude.She ruined our whole 2 night’s stay with first experience. Other girl was very polite,friendly ,she gave us shuttle ride we were expecting our stay will be very pleasant, Other girl offered water bottles to her customers but our girl was mean she disrespected us. She charged us 20$ extra for room because of my son was staying with us I understand you charge extra we didn’t mind paying but we paid with different card we told her that we can pay 40$ cash but she didn’t take 40 but she took whole payment from different credit card, Everyone is not rich like her . $500 twice is not easy for everyone. We did not like her attitude,She almost made me cry.

Front desk staff was supurb. The young woman from Romania who took care of my check-in was especially kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was also excellent. The room is well-equipped and very quiet, especially considering that it's on a major roadway. The comp breakfast is well-prepared, with lots of options. Wifi was excellent and shuttle service to Pearson quick and exactly on-time.

It would be nice if the hotel informed guests that just two blocks to the west of the property is a large collection of excellent ethnic restaurants. You can't see these places from the hotel, but I went out for a walk and was totally surprised to find all these good places to eat, just down the street. Way better than the take-out pizza menu in the room.

Overall, my stays at Best Western hotels have been consistently excellent, and this was no exception. Check-in was a bit of a lengthy process, but overall the room was comfortable, well appointed and had all the amenities I was looking for. Because I was travelling for work, I really appreciated the large desk where I could sit and do what I needed to do. Other positives: The location was convenient, not too far from the convention centre where I was attending a conference; Staff were friendly and helpful when needed; Overall, a positive experience.

I had high hopes for the breakfast since the menu rotated and staff were very quick to recommend it for the freshness and quality, particularly of the eggs. In my experience, the scrambled eggs and 'omelettes' did not feel like fresh eggs, the sausage was not particularly appealing and the bagels were stale. It was nice to have the option of the breakfast, and I think with a few small changes it could be improved.

Quiet and clean room, and hotel was close to a restaurant as the BW was closed Sunday and Monday. Great breakfast choices, hot food and great service. Shuttle service was a bonus.

Confusion at Pearson about which Best Western bus to get on. A rush to board could be avoided with a sign at front of bus indicating street address. Since driver had names, perhaps call names to board to avoid that. Names were called after we got on, although not ours.

Airport shuttle service was excellent. We booked the shuttle upon check-in for the next morning's departure. The service was not busy for our departure time, allowing the shuttle to leave the hotel on time. Breakfast was decent, with good healthy options of fruit and oatmeal available in addition to eggs, toast, sausage, and waffles. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was a bit difficult to find a good temperature balance in the room throughout the night.

1-Complementary breakfast as well as 24-hours free coffee machine for the guests were rightfully the flagship for Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport which was a very pleasant surprise for me. 2-Location was very close to airport, allows the guest to plan well for there arrival and departure.

1- I believe that there is a room for improvement in the size of Hotel Lobby which can only accommodate 10-person at a time. A 3-star rated hotel deserves a bigger hotel lobby, indeed. 2-Pick up facility for guests from Pearson Airport need to be more organized.

I overnight on December 19. The room had sufficient lighting, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. While I was checking out, the attendant at the front desk asked if I had made a reservation with the shuttle. I did not, so he placed me on the list. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful. When we arrived at the airport terminal, he went inside to find a cart for my luggage. I left before breakfast, but they had snacks, juice and coffee available.

Within easy reach of Toronto Pearson Airport. A shuttle bus is available to take hotel guests to and from the airport. This must be prior booked with hotel reception. Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Helpful staff. Water, tea and coffee facilities are available in the reception area. There is also a comfortable seating area and a TV for those who have checked out ( 11am checkout) but are waiting for a later shuttle bus. Good self-service breakfast.

It was a brief one night stay for us as we landed late at night at Toronto Pearson Airport. It was the hotel staff who doubled up as the shuttle bus driver to pick us up from the Airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with the direction of where are the nearby eateries. The room were spacious and clean. The hotel does not provide room portable kettle, but you can help yourself to the hot drink dispensing machine located at 1st floor lobby to dispense your hotwater too. The breakfast room was spacious and breakfast selection was pretty good though.

It's a distance to the nearby eateries and they close early too.
