Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport

Close to airport, spacious, clean, bright and well equipped room. Nice walking paths around.

No breakfast included though the room was quite pricey. Garbage can was full of trash from the previous guest, and the windows were dirty.

Friendly staff, including shuttle service person/ ease of check in, quick and easy access to airport.

All was good.

beds were super comfortable. Very cleanroom. Friendly front desk staff.

I have no complaints at all.

Pool was great for the kids and there was a nice fitness center!

Clean. Has all the basic amenities. Very hot water in shower. Close to airport and has free shuttle. Nice bar in the lobby.

The windows in all of the rooms of this hotel are not possible to open. So if you like to sleep with open window and have fresh air search for other place. The staff response was polite, they said they can't do anything about it because it's the design of the building but did say they will pass this remark to the hotel owners for future renovation considerations.

I like where the hotel was in Toronto. Perfect to cruise around since it was near the highway 401 that goes everywhere. Also there was a pool, so fun for my family. TV had disney channel and food channel to browse (other channels of course but they were meh) We had a mini fridge and a microwave.

The room was so dirty (blood on the sheets, crust of rust on the shower head, handprints all over the mirrors, wet stains of liquids on the wallpaper, a good layer of dust on the surface of everything, a spot of mould on the shower ceiling... You could see hairs and stuff floating on the surface of the pool. This hotel needed a bit of love. I had to clean my room when entering. The thing that was laughable is when you enter your room, they play a video on the tv showing you how important cleanliness is for them. Also, maybe it was because of the season, but the humidity in the room was bothering. Clothes that you didn't wear smelled bad and when entering the room after two days you could smell the humans living inside...beeeeeh

Shuttle wait at the airport takes entirely too long. This will be a factor in rebooking... I won't stay at this hotel again. Directly because of the long wait for the shuttle pickup at the airport. We waited 30 mins the first time and 45 mins on another occasion. It's not worth it for me. I saw so many other buses pass us by like 3 times over before seeing the Courtyard bus.

Very good hotel! Closed to the downtown and easy way using subway!

good location to airport, highway and restaurants

I arrived very early in the morning at 6am. Because check in time was not until 4pm, they could not accommodate me. I had to sleep in my car in the hotel parking lot until 1pm when they allowed me to check in. I have NEVER had that experience at other hotels as they would have checked me in. I was not impressed and quite upset about that. What kind of hotel does that to their paying customers?!
