Me and my friend took our kids to Canmore for a nice little trip. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We got there a bit earlier and they were able to get our room cleaned in a jiffy so we were able to check in earlier than 4pm. The check-in process was smooth and hassle free. The facility was so lovely and I was so surprised to see how updated and modern it was. We had a mountain view in our room that was fantastic because I honestly feel that we paid very reasonably for the room. Best of all we had a fantastic morning breakfast which included lots of options for the kids and ourselves. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! You all made our stay so much more comfortable!

I was misled to think there was a pool on the premises but there was only the hot tub. The only thing I would change is to clarify that indeed there is no pool but a hot tub. We were really looking forward to swimming.

Fantastic location within a reasonably short walk to the main center, and right next door to a very good restaurant. Staff was pleasant and the view from our window was spectacular!

The beds were provided with several small pillows instead of standard sizes which would have been preferred. The breakfast could use a slight upgrade on the warm food section. All minor very things

Amazing location.. Beautiful suites, our unit was best for family like it had microwave, refrigerator, tv etc.. . Spacious. Facilities are good too, hot tub, driniking water, laundry, anti slippery bath tubs etc... Breakfast is good as well. Overall its great

Its very expensive.. but its comparatively fair because everybody pretty much charges the same. One more thing is that we can't open any windows in the suites, so air circulation is all controlled by AC, so was feeling bit uncomfortable, but it may not matter to everyone..

Excellent location from the highway and to pleasant walks around town. The room and bathroom were large, spotless, quiet, comfortable and had all amenities. and there was. beautiful view of the mountains out the window. Better in many ways than other more expensive places we stayed.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing in that the only hot foods were eggs and sausages, not bacon, pancakes, or waffles. But there were many other options for a full and healthy meal. The price seemed high but was comparable for the location.

Free breakfast. They always have some snacks in the cafeteria. Pool and small gym available. Staff is friendly.

Water was not draining in the bathtub. Shower head is very cheap and might fall off if you try to turn it. Your hand will get charged electrically every time you try to open the door to your room or call the elevator.

Setting in the mountains fantastic. Access to town and shopping and restaurants great. Newer, modern facility. Quiet and well run. Breakfast options were good.

Had a concern about being next to a railroad track, but only saw or heard a train one morning, so not an issue.

I appreciated the free parking particularly since all parking in the core is now paid parking. The large hot tub was a nice perk as was the hot, included breakfast.

I used the hot tub but the keys were not working which was a bit disappointing. It was a bother to go to the desk for assistance given one typically only goes to a hot tub for a short period of time.

It was an excellent stay, easy walking distance to "town", and to shops and trails. The breakfast was basic but it was satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel.

For our kids..it would have been better with an actual pool. Not a huge hot tub, A hot tub, one can only be in the water for 15 min max, but if that's all you want then you would love it.

as it is only 4 yrs old the amenities are new. the breakfast including the sitting area was excellent. the staff was helpful and friendly. plenty of free parking and many eating out places are within walking distance including the grocery stores. even though it is next to train tracks we did not hear any trains in the night.

Breakfast was better than expected; two kinds of eggs and bacon, as well as standard continental items. Hot tub was nice too - very clean, big, and nice and hot.

The gym was really small, not much room to do anything besides use the treadmill or bike.
