The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the room wasn't great but the bathroom was spacious and clean. Whenever we needed extra things (towels, coffee, etc.) the staff was more than willing to help. The hotel was a bit outside of the city but it was super easy to park.

I think the room setup can improve a bit by having two chairs that are the same and a small table. There was only a desk with a desk chair and a lounge chair. Another point is that there are signs with quiet time but the 24/7 frontdesk didn't enforce this when people were shouting or running through the hallway outside of those hours..

I stayed here a couple days ago during a family vacation in Banff. The rooms were a perfect size to accommodate 4 and the room was extremely nice and spacious. The best part was the staff. My airline had delayed my luggage when I arrived at Banff. I let the front desk know and every time I walked by, they asked if I had heard anything from the airline and had remembered my situation. When the airline finally located my luggage we were about to leave to Jasper and leave from the hotel. The front desk was gracious enough to allow me to deliver the luggage to them and they would hold it for a few days so I can come back to pick it. I was able to get the luggage delivered to them and picked it up a couple days later. If looking for a place to stay close to banff I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at Northwinds.

Comfortable bed, and the room was huge and very spacious. Keyless entry and efficient check-in/check-out process. Very accessible location close to the national parks, and restaurants, supermarkets and shops within walking/driving distance. Fireplace was a nice touch. Free parking and great views from the bedroom window.

A kettle would be nice - it was kind of annoying trying to make tea using the coffee machine (sometimes tea tasted like coffee). Also there is a 3cm large gap under the room door, I noticed other rooms had the same but mine seemed to be wider than others so you get a bit of noise from the hallway - hotel management should consider installing a door seal. No privacy curtains, room was facing parking lot/ main street and next to the restaurant. A lounge chair in the room next to the fireplace would be a nice addition.

I used the American Bagel shop for breakfast. I enjoyed the walk out in the mornings. The staff were super helpful and always accommodating. Bathroom seemed brand new. The beds were comfy. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The room had a heater and I had a set of doors to open if you needed fresh air. The hotel in my opinion is well place. A short walk to Sainsbury's. Some restaurants opposite. All in all, for the cost of this hotel, you cannot go wrong.

Its really hard to find something that I didn't like. For me as a solo traveller using it as a base to snowboard, it was perfect.

The bed was so comfortable! The staff were very helpful with check in and when we needed extra supplies. The rooms are quite stylish and modern. You can hear the noise from the hallways but no noise from other rooms ever. The room was cozy and spacious. I liked the personalized room codes and online check-in/out made for a fast process. I prefer a hotel like this that is not in the town centre as they are more affordable and easier to drive to coming off the highway. You can leave your car and walk anywhere you need easily. Amazing for the price we got and the services were above and beyond what I was expecting. 10/10 would stay again.

If you like warm sleeps, I would suggest bringing extra blankets and the ones in the room are pretty thin. We brought our own so we did not have a problem, thankfully.

Both front office staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and were able to meet our every need and request! Whenever we left or came back everyone was always happy and and would say hi or bye!

There was renovation work going in the rooms below us, which they told us about when we checked in. It would’ve been nice if they could have started a little later in the morning, 8-9 maybe.

Mainly, because they were so thoughtful with pets, and they offered a bed, a treat, and a bowl for them. The location was perfect (close to stores and restaurants), and we enjoyed the view. The bed was very comfortable and for the price and friendly staff, it is a very good deal. I would stay there again. :)

The corners of the bathtub were pinkish, so that was an indication to me that they can improve the cleaning in the bathroom. Sponges like magic erase can take that out easily.

The room was very clean and it had a gas fireplace which was nice. They also have quiet hours. Parking was right in front of the door and the hotel was in a good location.

The bed was firmer than I would like. You could also hear everything in the hall, the doors shutting were loud. Additionally, like every other hotel there, it wsway over priced. For $300/night they could at least provide breakast.

So many good things about this property: online check-in gave us our room assignment and door code so we could just park and unload. We had a pet friendly room, which was equipped with a sliding glass door and little yard area. And the front desk guy was just super nice when I called to confirm that my room was pet friendly.

I would have liked the option of paying cash, but otherwise everything was great!

We wanted to visit the national park, hence Crnmore seemed a good choice. The hotel is at a convenient location, if you want to set off early, you are near the main road, although it is very quiet. There were some munnys jumbing on the street next to the building :). The rooms are quiet. we had a balcony and a fireplace which made it cosy. there is free coffee and tea. There is a fridge as well. I loved this place to be our base fro 5 days.
