Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great as it is walking distance from a lot of lovely spots.

The location of the hotel was just great. It is in a walking distance to a lot of attracions, restaurants and where most of the tours start from. The suite is of a good size with all necessary amentities: the coffee machine there was very much a great addition. The bathroom has a toto washlet. The bed was very comfortable.

The noise from other guests - not responsibility of the hotel - and the bathroom could be a bit bigger, because it is on a smaller/narrower size. The emails could be responded on a timely manner and be related to content asked.

Have stayed here twice so that's saying something. Fantastic downtown location within walking distance of so much including the light rail that can take you miles. Also a convenient parking lot, which is not true many places. Only five minutes to Prince's Island and all the many pedestrian bridges and walkways along the Bow River. I can't imagine a more convenient and affordable hotel here.

Though there is no breakfast, there are numerous cafes quite close. I prefer the studio over the 'suite room' which is too similar to a normal bedroom instead of spreading out.

I read a lot of reviews Before I finish booking. some of them was not good with complaining about staff and not clean. It’s not true. Clean hotel and rooms, comfortable beds. it’s looks like old , but good after remodeling. Cleaning service in rooms every day. Staff always cleaning hallways because very bad weather outside and a lot of mud. Good location in downtown with reasonable prices. .

Everything was good. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious with 2 large television sets, full kitchen but a tiny bathroom. Free all day brewed coffee was a big bonus. Location was good too, walking distance to the centre of the town and also to the Bow River.

There were some mildly disturbing noises, such as a squealing child, emanating from adjacent suites, but this did not detract significantly from my overall enjoyment of the place.

I booked through Booking.com and when I went to pay for the room, I didn't realize I needed a credit card. So, the front desk man accommodated me with finding another solution. We had a great 2 days, and it was very quiet, a great place to stay if you need to unwind or just need some peace and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here. Clean quiet and very great staff. From the time you walk into the time you walk out; you will see the meaning of Hospitality!!

So, far I have nothing to say about not liking my stay. It was a great 2 days!

I stayed here for 7 nights during the Christmas. The room was spacious room and equipped with a kitchen. You can cook inside the room if you don't want to dine out. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and super nice.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy and I needed to turn it to constant fan speed to avoid sudden "on" in auto mode that awaked me at night.

they provide everything you’ll need in the kitchen. very convenient location. i walked to the calgary tower from here that’s like 15 mins away. the staffs are so nice literally everyone i met at the reception area. the suite was spacious enough and comfortable to stay at. the building was clean.

the heater was at its highest temperature when i got there but the room was a bit chilly for me or maybe because the weather was just really bad during my stay there.

The room was spacious and felt more like an apartment. One thing that must be noted: they have Japanese style toilets! The bed was amazingly luscious and very large. The sofa was comfortable and the kitchen is functional.
