We found the location great with only a 15 minute walk into center of Leuven but also easy access to roads leading out for day trips if driving. We had problems with our air conditioning the first night but the front staff went out of their way to make sure it was fixed and that we were comfortable. Lovely court yard to sit and relax with an Honor Bar that had decent prices so you could enjoy a glass of wine or beer or other beverage at your leisure. Rooms and hotel were very clean and staff very helpful and friendly and location was very quiet at night.

Excellent location in a very peaceful area but only a short walk to the centre of the city. Nice garden and conservatory. Had an issue with the sink plug and we were immediately offered another room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large laptop safe; largest I've seen in a hotel room! Tablet supplied which could be used to communicate with reception. Also had lots of information about the area and games for a rainy afternoon! The room was compact with the shower in the corner but this was expected. Good hairdryer. Honesty bar was a nice touch. Pour your own drink, fill in the form and give to reception. Breakfast was exceptional. Although not included in the room rate 22€ was excellent value for money with a massive amount of choice; even sparkling wine for a Bucks Fizz! Breakfast staff and reception staff all very helpful.

Shower leaked a little.

The staff and the hotel, incl. the premises, were in very good shape and well maintained. The location was only a 10 minute walk from the downtown Grote Markt in Leuven. The hotel offered an honor bar so you could drink coffee, tea or a softdrink / local beers. Bed was comfy and we had a walk-in shower in our room. Also easy to find coming from the motorway. We would return if we visit Leuven in the future.

I just noticed on this trip that parking in many cities is becoming a luxury. The parking is safe but I felt the price of € 25 for a guaranteed spot a bit steep. Also a breakfast for € 22 p.p. is ok when you eat a lot of breakfast, but we are seniors that take a yoghurt and a croissant with coffee. Wish hotels would consider a reduced price for seniors.

The room is spacious and well organized and designed. The bed is very comfortable and rooms are kept well clean. The hotel is situated at quiet and lovely place, 10 mins walk from the downtown. Staff is amazing and always helpful. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choices. The best part: This hotel has own parking place with 4 charging points for EV cars (most of the parking places and hotels in Leuven do not have any), so I was very happy I could charge my car at this hotel.

Frederick on reception was a superb help after my husband had had an accident in Rotterdam falling down the escalator He supplied first aid and gave us extra towels .Late he showed us some local places to eat and gave us a map of Leuven . All this was done in his own time when he should have finished his shift on reception. Loved the option of sitting in the conservatory Excellent breakfast but rather expensive

Maybe a cheaper cafe style breakfast as we didn’t need a huge meal but there was only one option which cost €22

Breakfast was extra so we just booked for the first morning. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good range of foods. Our room although completely clean was very compact and extremely quiet. We were not disturbed from any noise from other occupants. The room was small, we could not pass each other at the end of the bed, one had to hold back for the other. My husband is a tall man and had to back into the small toilet cubicle. Air con was lovely to have. The location is about 10- 15 min walk away from the main bar/restaurant/shopping area, but it is a beautiful walk with many lovely buildings to see.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a fully operating bar and restaurant, a consequence of COVID. I do not remember reading this before I booked as I would have liked to have a restaurant on site for some of the evenings I didn’t fancy walking back into town.

Absolutely beautiful gardens. A tranquil oasis to sit, work or enjoy a drink. The honesty bar is also very welcome as you don’t have to look for a member of staff if you want a coffee or drink. Very welcoming staff and a very relaxed feel.

When booking with booking.com, the breakfast is not included. It cost euro 25 a person. My husband enjoyed it but the price is steep. I don’t have breakfast but a coffee only. There is a an espresso machine in the room

Quiet despite being close to main road, easy to walk into the centre of Leuven. Parking available at a fee.

Friends room had shower in room not a separate bathroom which caused room to be full of steam. Other guest decide to park car outside hotel entrance whilst booking in and then unloading their luggage. This caused other guests unable to get into car park until they had finished, the receptionist at the time thought that this was okay.

Perfect room with a view of the Begijnhof in Leuven. The breakfast is served in a terrific room and includes local products. Everything about this property spells care and I'd even dare to say it's luxurious. Would definitely recommend it to anyone whose family is visiting for a few days. Big thank you to the friendly and considerate staff who made sure my parents even receive a map of the city!

Nothing to dislike!

The staff was very helpful and we loved the location. They made great restaurant recommendations that gave us a local flavor of the area. They were next to the old historic part of the town which was very interesting. They also had lovely gardens to sit in and enjoy .

The buffet breakfast was expensive if you only wanted a simple breakfast. The rooms are well layed out but small.
