Scandic Park

The breakfast was really good. A great selection. My room was very nice and I love the fact that they don't waste time cleaning your room, towels etc if you don't want it. They didn't have conditioner or body/hand lotion in the room so I had to ask for it and was given a huge refill bottles. The staff were very polite and always cheery. Lovely and quite smart location by a park.

When they did clean they could have paid a little more attention to the areas under the cupboard and bed etc. I do my yoga in the morning and wood floors are very uforgiving for dust! A little far from all the attractions. A lot of families with babies and young kids which may not be so appealing for those who prefer it a little quieter.

Scandic Park is the perfect stay for singles, couples, and families. The location is the best-right across the street from Humelgarden on Karlavagen, within walking distance of all the major attractions on the waterfront and close to buses and trains to get you farther. Our family room was good for our five-night stay with a large bed, couch, desk , and shower bathroom. Our window looked out at the park. Breakfast was included in the price and the items varied and fresh. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful. We never got to use the sauna because it was closed, but we could have gone across the park to Scandic Anglaise to use theirs if we wanted.

The room could have used blackout curtains. Sunrise in June is like 3:30 am! More English language channels on the TV would be nice and maybe one or two streaming channels.

Good location, about 10mins walk to the city centre. Right in front of the hotel there is a playground (good for family with children). We requested to clean the room everyday, so it was clean. We got a family room, is modern and spacious enough for us too. Room has got a big shower. Enjoyed it a lot 🥰

Lack of staffs, alot of times have to do it on your own. For example, I requested for cutleries, I have to pick them up by myself from the front desk. I requested help to bring my luggages up to my hotel room, but there was no staff available doing that. Only have 2 front desk staffs at a time.

The room was nice, breakfast had a great variety, and the location was great as it was not far to the centre, but far enough away that it was peaceful.

The AC in the room was too cold and there was no instructions on how to turn it down. A piece of paper next to it said 'call reception if you need help with the AC', but there was no phone in the room. When I went down to reception and told them about that they said 'yes, some rooms don't have phones' and walked off. Also, the restaurant wasn't open much during the day, which wasn't great.

I had an amazing stay at the Scandic Park! The hotel is beautiful, my room was comfortable and clean, I had everything I needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and what a variety! Each day I had something different. The bed was fantastic. I would also like to especially thank the lady (sorry I didn't get her name, but she was welcoming guests in the breakfast area on the 10th of May), she helped me plan my trip to the Friends Arena for Beyonce's concert, and I'm glad I followed her advice.

I've spent 3 nights in a hotel. The location is very good. Convenient to get to the main locations. The staff was polite and friendly. Room was quite spacious, nicely decorated. It had almost everything what is necessary (towels, tea/coffee, hair dryer etc.) It was clean in the room. Breakfast had a wide range of food and beverages.

I would suggest improving two things 1) availability of robes and slippers 2) air conditioner - it was cold in the room. When I finally managed to set the temperature, the air conditioner started stutter quite loudly, and I couldn't manage to stop it.

Breakfast was amazing. Huge selection, large variety and a lovely restaurant setting. The room was nice, although lacking somewhat in natural light, but for the money it was very lovely. Location was fantastic, couldn't have asked for more.

The beds weren't as comfortable as they could have been. I wasn't expecting the shower to be a wet room, but it was still very nice. The main thing was I didn't realise we had to request to have our room cleaned, but I'm sure they would have done a great job should we have requested it.

All of the staff were so helpful and gave us really good recommendations. I just want to say thank you so much to Sammy for all of your help! We followed your recommendations and had so much fun! Also thank you Sammy for being so welcoming on our arrival :) The breakfast was not what we expected and it was a full on buffet spread that was part of the cost in our booking - THANK YOU! The location is PERFECT from everything. We walked everywhere that’s how perfect it is. Will definitely come again!

An amazing hotel, with exceptionally comfortable and cozy rooms, quite spacious as well. the staff is very friendly and breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is close to the center, has several bus stops nearby, a beautiful park just across the street. In a block away there’s a metro station and a shopping street.

The mattress was too soft for my taste. The air conditioner during summer wasn’t strong enough (perhaps could have been adjusted with the help of the staff).

- was right downtown area, with easy access to public transportation as well as in walking distance to many of the areas of interest in the city - the room was clean, with everything required in it. - the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety to pick from

- for the breakfast you had to do a reservation of the time you would go every morning. While it's understandable this was done to avoid crowding up the area, it was annoying as when you are on vacation you don't want to have to wake up at a certain hour, and would rather keep the breakfast hour flexible - the room was rather small, but as long as you don't need to spend to much time in it, this isn't a real problem.
