I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really great experience. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities to make my stay comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows, which helped me get a really good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to all of the attractions and restaurants that I wanted to visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is cozy and elegant, with very nice staff and excellent customer service. The rooms are nice and very clean. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation and at a walk distance from most main sites. The breakfast is extraordinary and absolutely worth the price. We were treated with kindness and the staff was always available for us. You could not ask for more :)

Breakfast was excellent. room was lovely and everything spotlessly clean. I had a serious issue with my bill, and deductions and it took quite some effort from me to have it resolved, but they did so when I made clear my concern on how it was not being handled properly, and they apologised.

Second visit and again it's a really beautiful hotel with stylish rooms in a can't-be-beat location for Stockholm. Lovely staff, decent bar. Beautiful corner room with amazing windows and views. Spacious bedroom for Stockholm too.

Found beds too soft on both visits, appreciate this is personal taste. Same as last trip, bathroom could be better organised and the lighting is terrible. (To be fair, Urban Deli has some of the same issues but its rooms are half the price of Miss Clara.) Staff are lovely but anticipation of what guests might want just isn't a strength. Be prepared to ask ahead for what you want (eg a kettle - and that it works too!) and specify what you need: eg not putting a perishable package next to a radiator. To be fair again, this seems to be standard for Stockholm from experience in other hotels here.

Great location and design. Reasonably priced for such a cool hotel, plus room size was perfect with beautiful windows and interesting design features. Staff very friendly and breakfast/restaurant was just right. Close walking distance to the main attractions and lots of great surrounding restaurants and bars.

The location is perfect to discover the city; 20min walk to almost all points of interest. The room was perfectly clean, the products in the hotel bathroom were incredible and the staff was very helpful and kind. I would happily stay here again if returning to Stockholm.

It was noisy sometimes, with noise coming from the room above mine.

The room was quiet and comfortable, but the best quality was the exceptional staff. Every person we interacted with went out of their way to provide the best service. Karl, the front desk manager was especially helpful and patient with our many questions. The restaurant was excellent!

our room was really big and cleverly laid out, with storage facilities, really nice shower and bath supplies, lovely soft towels, beds and robes. incredibly quiet and comfortable night's sleep. the staff was very kind and helpful, we asked for extra pillows and they brought them to our room. one of the nicest places we've ever stayed!

Breakfast was outstanding, amazing selection and quality of items! The cappuccinos we ordered could have been warmer, everything else however exceeded expectations.

Didn't like the room location, looking at the courtyard at an office building with people easily seeing into our room was a disappointment.

Great selection for breakfast. Beautiful products in the bathroom. We had a large corner room that was very spacious. The bathroom has a heated floor that would be great in winter and great shower with good water pressure

The reception and corridors are very drab with very old carpet which gives you a bad first impression
