Hotel C Stockholm

Location was great, just outside the Express train from the airport, close to public transport and not far to walk to the palace and old town. The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and plenty to eat.

The room was small, we were offered an upgrade to a larger room at cost but declined. The power point was in a silly location, and there was a chair in the room that was far to big if it was removed and a small bedside table was put in its place it would have been a lot better. The desk chair also didn't sit well under the desk, if these things were fixed it would make the small room a little roomier. It served our purpose and in the end we only used the room to sleep in so made the best of it.

Location is a few feet from the airport train exit, and walking distance to city hall. Area around train station very clean and safe. Very helpful staff person ensured a pain free upgrade as the express room booked basically was the size of the bed itself. Staff always very personable in general. Front area is attractive, breakfast room and the breakfast itself is exceptional, probably the best we encountered over 5 weeks in Scandinavia. It is also very well attended. Associated ice bar is not essential but fun, a little pricey, of course. There is also a restaurant which we didn't try, but it looked fine. Many other food options nearby.

We loved staying here . Apart from the convenience arriving on the Arlanda Express we found the hotel very friendly, welcoming and cosy . The beds were very comfortable , the room very clean and breakfast excellent , offering healthy choices and hot breakfast items . It was all very fresh and lovely . We also enjoyed eating in the restaurant twice . The staff at the hotel were just excellent and we had a really friendly welcome . Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for staff and was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

There was nothing to dislike

very nice hotel situated right in the middle of the city, the train station/subway is next door and it is very convenient. spacious room with a really big bathroom (rare in Stockholm😅). it is a bit pricey but deserves the money. has a nice breakfast, multiple choices but is the same everyday (we stayed 3 nights).

the mattress was a bit soft, not the softest we had, but still it could get better. the tv is huge but not smart. i recommended them to instal chromecast.

Best location ever! The hotel is only a few steps from the Arlanda express station. If you travel with big luggage and don't want to drag your luggage around. This hotel is your answer. The breakfast is also very fresh and good, They offer varieties of food for breakfast. The staff is very friendly.

Bigger storage room for luggage :) would be nice. The hotel has a room for all their guests to keep their luggage. I left my luggage in the morning room and returned in the afternoon. So it was a bit difficult to take my luggage out.

The bathtub was excellent and bed was comfortable. Breakfast place was big, so enjoyed big breakfast peacefully. Modern interior was extra bonus!

"City vew" from hotel room, deluxe qeen was little bit disappointed that windows were facing to the station and in the morning woke up with machine beeping and... The music was little bit loud in the lobby, so it was difficult to hear from receptionist.

Literally next to the Arlanda Express station and about 15min walking to Gamla Stan the hotel is very good located. Restaurants and bars more than enough in the area. Excellent breakfast!

The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of foods. The location was perfect. The room was very clean, and was cleaned well by housekeeping staff. The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable about the city.

The on-site restaurant had a very limited selection of foods available, particularly vegetarian foods. There were not enough breakfast options for vegetarians. The bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. The hotel room was small (but adequate).

The location is great, near the central station and not far from old city center. Breakfast has good tasty food. You can find a free water near the reception. I don't know what is the magic with water/shampoo in this hotel, but my hair looks great every day after shower, better than after salon ☺️. Thanks for the friendly staff for extending my room for some hrs, because i had evening flight.

The room was not very clean when i entered the first time, but next day cleaning service did all their best.
