Eco Via Lusitana

Great neighborhood, location, the subway is near lile 10 min walking. After a long day in Madrid, you can walk at 11.30pm without problem to return at the hotel from the subway station. The room is confortable to rest, is not a resort. And the idea is rest, take a bath, and go to Madrid Center, by the way, in subway is like 30 min to Gran Via o Sol station that is the center or Madrid. The buffet was ok, not big deal, cereal, milk, bread, some fruits, cofee, jams, hams and cheeses. Some slices of hams were too chilled so had a bad taste. I mean was a not a gourmet buffet, but not terrible. The staff very nice, great attitude. The room was clean when we arrived and every day all the room was ready for your return. The room have a safe or in the reception they can keep your values safe. Finally the size is good for 2 persons and maybe a 2 years old kid, if you have a big family, you will have to ask for more rooms or maybe this will not work for you. In the bed can sleep mom, dad and one chill.

The bathtub. The problem is because personally I think the bathtubs are dangerous, and this ones have other issues, is very small for a guy with measures like 1.85m and 90kg. And the problem is that the bathtub haven't a proper glass curtain so after your bath the bathroom is a mess with water everywhere in the floor. I think they need to change that only for a shower.

the hotel is located in a perfect place! close to shopping centre, market, metro and bus! place is quiet and staff was always helpful! breakfast was good!

suggestion to keep the toilet a bit renewed, the sink and the shower look old and rusty.

Free parking in the neighborhood was plentiful if you don't mind walking a bit. Pay-for parking was also available. The desk and breakfast staff were very welcoming and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the room provided a lovely stay. The surrounding area was quiet and residential with a Mercadona and a Lidl right next door for buying snacks or a light no-cook meal. There was a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was affordable and buffet style- very nice selection.

The price may be competitive to Madrid, but compared to the rest of Spain, it was a bit high. "Out of the way" can mean quiet and/or inconvenient. We had a car and bicycles, so it was not a problem to visit tourist sites. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel.

I was worried about distance for no reason. The train was about a three minute walk away and circulated often, which made getting to Madrid center way easy and didn't require adding on anything extra to the normal ticket. Very clean and let us borrow an iron when requested. The room was spacious as well. Uber eats delivers to the hotel. Would stay there again.

Nothing I can think of beside that we didn't really see many food options we wanted nearby.

The hotel is right around the corner from the metro, the staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. There is a fabulous fish restaurant across the road and many bars on streets nearby for a nice breakfast or lunch

I liked that my room had a great view of the city and that made my stay much better in Madrid. The facilities were fine and there was a Lidl and a train station nearby so it was perfect

It would get noisy in the morning as you could hear the cars driving past and people talking etc

Picked this hotel for its proximity to a sports stadium where my daughter was playing wheelchair basketball. There wasn’t much choice but the hotel was great for 3*. The staff were all very friendly and helpful particularly as I didn’t speak any Spanish. Continental breakfast was good with unlimited coffee and a great choice.

Reception staff very welcoming and supportive with all we asked. Clean. Good breakfast. Location near Metro station San Francisco, and shops.

Furniture needs an update. Coffee may be impoved.

The staff was super helpful and gave us tips and instructions, the location is great, near supermarkets and metro, amazing cost value , super comfy bed and bathroom, mini fridge. We stayed a night just to go the theme park and zoo and we will definitely come back for other quick trips.

Facilities a little old

Large room, big bed, large comfort room. The hotel is very near the San Francisco metro station.

Confusing bus stations aroun the area. I am suggesting they provide guests the locations of nearest bust stations
