Very spacious for a studio apartment,great use of available space. Great location for all sights in Madrid Everything you need for your holiday provided in the apartment Two supermarkets outside the door one open 24 hours Metro station outside the door

Nothing about the apartment but the square is noisy however once you close the balcony doors you don't here anything.

Very pleasant and clean apartment in a very central location. Well equipped for a short stay

Almost didn't get in....payment was asked for on the morning we arrived and we were already in flight and had no means of paying. We were delayed and might not have arrived until after 6 pm, so phoned the flat and was told we could not have access code unless we paid first. Receptionist was totally inflexible even though I offered my credit card while on the airport bus. As it happened we arrived in time but only after a very stressful journey. We do not have the high tech knowledge or smart phone apps to deal with this. A poor start.

Good location with the Tirso Molina metro train stop just literally outside the apt, thus very convenient to reach from the Renfe train station/airport. The 24 hr carrefour supermarket downstairs was great. The very spacious apartment, the cleaning pack complete with laundry capsule, cleaning cloths, dishwashing liquid etc. and the instructions on use of appliances. Staff very accommodating & helpful in meeting requests eg luggage storage for many days, etc.

1 of the bathroom bath tub/shower had no door, thus was very cold taking a shower during winter while the other bathroom was great with a shower door, heater rack. Shower water temperature not consistent.

Very well appointed, spacious 1 bedroom apartment located on a excellent plaza with supermarkets & restaurants metres away. Staff were also most helpful.

No problems at all

Good facility for two couples, good mattresses (twins pushed together in both rooms). Grocery store in the building and next door, lots of restaurants and most attractions within walking distance or easy access to Metro (across the street). Easy entry with the intercom to gain access. Washing machine was a definite added value as we were near the end of our trip. Location was generally very good and lighting was good at night. We never felt unsafe

We arrived on a Saturday night and the Plaza was very busy and had some homeless, one sleeping in the doorway of building. Rest of the week was a little better. There was only a couch and 1 chair in the “living room” (not enough seating for 4 adults without using the rather uncomfortable table chair). The bench at the table was very uncomfortable as there is no pad. We had to ask for an additional drying rack as the one provided is very small and we were 4 adults. Only 2 keys are issued at check in and one is needed to keep the lights/ac on. We had to request an extra key (which they gave us).

It was centrally located, even had a nice sized supermarket right down stairs (24 hours I believe)

Elevator was a bit of a joke: staying on mod floor, it would not stop at our floor but go to higher floors first and then descend meaning it was packed every time it stopped at our floor. We then began taking stairs and were chastised for using “emergency exit” by receptionist! Who also was extremely angry when we left our luggage in holding area an extra hour mid afternoon as it took so long to get our rental car. We felt like we were bad in elementary school the way she spoke to us. Made the stay quite unpleasant due to her bad attitude.

Great central location, huge room, enough space for all our luggage and toddler to run around. Really affordable for the size of the place. Fitted with sink, large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and all cutlery and everything needed. Check in with the machine was easy.

Air con was very powerful even on low and pointed directly at the sofa bed where I was sleeping with my three-year-old. Uncomfortable to have the wind on our face all night and my daughter developed a cough and fever (which probably wasn’t due to the air con but it certainly made it worse).

It was big enough to host 2 families of 4 and 3 persons, clean with many kitchen utensils and washing machines for clothes and dishes. All the equipment was brand new and functioning very well. The location was great, right in front of the Metro station, in between of 2 super markets, one of them 24/7! The area was decent with many cafes and restaurants around. Also half of the sightseeings were in a walking distance. The air-conditioning was functioning very well. However couldn't cool very well one of the 2 bedrooms. The beds and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The sofa bed was too easy to open and close. The bathrooms were huge and really nice

Close to the city centre and supermarkets. Area seem to concentrate homeless. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment and it was really big and spacious. We had ( almost ) everything we needed. Immaculate kitchen with all the appliances ans utensils.

I asked multiple times for the plug for the bathtub and had no luck. I was told maitenance will look into it but nothing . Not even an explanation. Having a bathtub was a requirement for me, and that's why I booked this apartment. Otherwise, I would have booked somewhere else. Curtains don't fully block the light, so in the am light, they get into the rooms and wake us up.
