location is great rooms are nice and clean, stuff are so kind and friendly.

reception and reservation stuff need to be trained. they are so kind but not experienced enough. It takes too long to check in and check out., airport taxi’s don’t take you until the front door of the hotel and you have to carry bags.

Pool was beautiful and location was fab!

Breakfast needs work. We waited 30 mins for eggs Benedict. We had to ask the waitress where they were and when they came out they were very undercooked and the bread was hard. We thought they may have been sitting under the heat lamp but when we checked, the plate was cold. We left them on the next table and the waitress avoided us until we left as she knew there was an issue with the dishes. Also the music stopped so the atmosphere was very odd and we could hear the conversation beside us. Light in this area needs work and in reception. Its very dull and cold unlike the rest of the hotel which is very nice.

Warm welcome upon arrival, my room was ready early with the bonus of getting a room upgrade. The room was the usual European size, with a beautiful bathroom including a bathtub. Extras like a hand steamer, tooth brush, water each day just made my stay feel special. Room is sound proof, my room faced the busy street but I could not hear anything The pool area was lovely, it is on the smaller size so beds could be taken later in the evening when the sun was in full view. Breakfast was really good, separate menu for some a la carte items, eggs benedict were particularly good

Breakfast was pretty good, some limitations to the selections. Very much enjoyed the roof bar. Service and selection was very good.

Reallly cant say that we had any serious issues with the hotel, staff, meals etc. The area outside of the immediate hotel area however was somewhat concerning, i.e. homeless persons sleeping on the streets in the hotel area, etc. of course not the fault of the hotel or I would say the homeless persons themselves, but a concern at times none the less.

Central hotel 5 minutes away from plaza del sol and mayor. Breakfast was good with many options and stuff very helpful.

We booked a premium room and we were given a room that had nothing in common with premium that they presented in booking. Next day we were changed to a better one but still not the one with the view to the pool etc. The last day we asked for a late check out and as they informed us was 90 euros until 6pm but we wanted the room at least until 8 so they wanted 150 euro total! We didn't liked at all their approach to our inquiry so we finally moved to another more central hotel vincci hotel for 99 euro for hole day booking which we were very satisfied. I recommend to the manager of the hotel to have a better treatment to the hotel customers.

The location to where the hotel is very central and you are in the middle of everything. The room is very spacious and having a balcony made our stay even better. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the balcony. The noise from the street is not too loud and when you close the door / windows you cannot hear anything (which is prefect if you are a light sleeper). The bed is super comfy and the shower is fantastic. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Madrid!

I can't fault the hotel / staff as my trip was fantastic. The only criticism I have is there needs to be a door when you enter the bathroom. There is a bath directly opposite and bit awkward if you have a bath and share with a friend. I was with my sister so it was fine but sometimes you need privacy.

Arrived late in the evening and staff were kind, courteous and extremely helpful and ensured that we were able to get a meal before the kitchen closed. Unfortunately, I also left a personal item in my room after checking out and the staff were extremely helpful in locating this item and kept it at reception, which i managed to pick up later during the day. Could not thank them enough for their efforts, honesty and responsibility in dealing with this matter. I would highly recommend this hotel for either a personal or business stay as you will be guaranteed exceptional service!

My recent stay at UMusic Hotel in Madrid was absolutely delightful, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who ensured that my stay would be comfortable and enjoyable. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was simply unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Madrid, it was conveniently positioned within walking distance from the metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's vibrant attractions. Not to mention, there were countless restaurants and shops in the vicinity, allowing me to truly immerse myself in the lively atmosphere of this incredible city. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and attention to detail. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay, leaving me with a spotless room each day. The bed was comfortable, providing me with a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. In terms of amenities, the hotel had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable (but not that fast0, allowing me to stay connected and share my experiences with friends and family. Overall, my stay at UMusic Hotel exceeded all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. The prime location, combined with the impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations, made for an unforgettable experience. I cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel on my next visit to Madrid! Additionally, during my stay, it happened to be my birthday, and to my delight, I discovered a delightful surprise waiting for me in my room—a chilled bottle of champagne! It was an incredibly kind gesture that made my birthday celebration even more special and memorable.

This is a new hotel and everything is spotless. ALL the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, not just in reception but at breakfast and on the doors and in fact any staff member you pass will smile and say hello. Nothing was too much trouble and on two occasions we had things printed out for us by someone at the desk....big shout out to Sonia in particular , but if we knew other names there would be a long list! The housekeeping is super efficient and the rooms well cared for. Our room was small but very pleasant.Breakfast was very good and the friendly staff took great care to keep everything topped up and it was spotless. The location is amazing...could not be better! We would highly recommend this hotel.
