friendly staff, good place to destress and relax.

this is my second time I stayed in this hotel. First time the room was nicely clean, but this time the room (1. night table was very dusty, my phone was full of dust when I picked up from it. 2. the the shower in the bathtub had a leakage and water leaked everywhere ending myself to clean up). These things could have been avoided if a periodically check/ maintenance would have done. Also having the house keeping checking all appliances/ equipments on quality when they clean the room. The rate was pretty high so I do expect a certain level of quality.

modern design very low key yet elegant. room was spotlessly clean and new.

the housekeeping service speed can be improved a bit. there were a few times that I had to call for second time to remind them after 30-45 min of waiting, location isn’t exactly convenient. kinda need to get taxi to everywhere although there’s an MRT nearby.

The room was very very well decorated, spacious and its layout was well planned. The bed & pillow were heavenly. In-room amenities were plenty. Check-in staff was smart and attentive. Service was overall great.

The motorized window coverings in the room is a bit loud. Closet size is relatively small as compared to the size of the room.

best hotel. I loved it. butler service help me to make an appointment to a dentist. Super professional stuff. ❤️

breakfast is so so, it is in sets, Japanese one are not very up to them level. I would prefer buffet, the location is central but slightly difficult to find even some taxi drivers don’t know where it is and how to drive to the entrance

I liked the wide selection of books they had in the lobby; I also enjoyed the Frette and Pasion amenities - the staff were very generous with the coffee pods, thanks!

I wish there was a button in which you can turn off all the lights, at once, by the bed side. That would cause less friction between couples.

Dear Everyone, We have been around the World to the most prestigious 5 stars hotel but I have been looking for the 5 stars welcome and did find it at the St Regis Hotel. You will like a Princess and Princess from the moment you step your feet outside the taxi, the private car or driver car or Lamborghini. Warm welcome at the lobby then a path of staff will follow you at the 2nd floor to the reception. Once you have your keys more red carpet as Oleg will follow you to your room and explain to you with manners the function inside. You feel like in your own kingdom. There is nothing you can complain about the St Regis Hotel. Just perfectly perfect!!!!

It was the best 5 star hotel we have stayed in. Just the share positive experience from checking in to checking out. For example, it was busy during check in so they made sure you had a sofa/armchair to sit in rather than stand in the queue for sometime. The bedroom was well furnished and clean and crisp. The decor and technology was well thought of and modern e.g the bathroom bathtub glass had a TV “invisibly inside” and if you opened the curtains and left your room, it will close but automatically re-open upon your return.

There was nothing really not to like but if there was it was the swimming pool, a bit small.

I couldn't book the hotel Restaurant during my staying in the Hotel, I feel disappointed your staff is not helping to coordinate to book other place of Restaurant just telling me full house.

Rooms were clean, very well maintained. Staff courteous and helpful

Breakfast buffet please. Breakfast is of excellent quality but would have preferred to have a buffet and choose exactly my preference
