Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong

Location is excellent. With free shuttle service made it much convenience for us. The shuttle bus services is tip top. Very punctual and the ground staff is very helpful. The room is clean. Housekeeping👍

It was walking distance to everything, if it’s ok for you to walk😁.

It’s not really about the property, its the location. As it doesn’t have a near convenient store. The nearest, you need to walk a few minutes which is just fine. It’s just better if when you go out of the hotel you can spot easily the convenient store😁

The Twin Room Suite was fantastic and with reasonable price.

The reception gave me the wrong room and i had to go back with my room key and yet he insisted that it was the right room. Despite that I have explained and showed my booking that I booked a Suite he still insist that the Regular Twin Room was the room. Luckily the Manager was quick to assist me and gave me the room that i have booked.

Staff at the front of house were very helpful and very friendly

The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom could use an upgrade. No plugs near bed.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional, especially Kelvin and Sam. They made our stay at the hotel pleasant and enjoyable. The tram stop is one block away from the hotel and 3 stops to Sogo/Times Square. 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay metro/Times Square. Hotel is in a quiet location, but close to various eateries at walking distance and lots of choices. Housekeeping is very efficient and service is prompt. Hotel will loan out umbrellas if it rains and provide free shuttle to Airport Express Line station, which is a plus. Will go back and stay at this hotel.

Not that I know of, but quite a bit of walking.

By Hong Kong standards it was quite comfortable for a family of 4. Nice to have 2 bathrooms

It was your typical basic room, we had a great view of the city and they were able to accommodate our twin bed request during the New Year holiday, and we really appreciated that. We did not add breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We knew what to expect and it met our needs. If you are an American and have not traveled out of the country much or at all, this hotel will probably not meet your expectations. Rooms are on the small side, things are worn, and the television only had 1 "English" station, and it's a little trek to "main street". We had no problems and the hotel met OUR expectations. The reviews are correct, the A/C is no joke - very cold, but did not bother us. I did see the breezeway and I thought it was nice. Housekeeping staff were very nice.

Nothing to complain about. We read a lot of reviews and knew what to expect. It met our expectations.

The room was a decent size for one person stay and had all the amenities needed. Even if it was facing on the road, it was actually quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating since I arrived two hours before the check-in time but they had the room ready and allowed me to settle in early. Also, the day of my check out, they kindly stored the bags for me whilst I was doing the last bits of exploration of the city before catching my flight.

I could not understand how the lights worked because some time they would switch on and other time they didn't. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom so to wash my hands I had to get the shower gel from the shower, which is not very comfortable.

All the staff were exceptional! It's our first time to be treated so well in a hotel. We felt that everyone is willing to help us the best way they can. If I could give more than 100, I would give them 110 for their superb customer service. And even the rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely be coming back here whenever I go back to HK and would recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you again to all the Cosmo Hotel staff who helped us. We got a free upgrade when checking in - xiexie! The room was spacious, and the city view was a treat to wake up to in Hong Kong :) The location was great! Bus stop right in front of the main door, or real close by depending on which way you’re heading. Trams are also a short (say 5 min) walk away, AND the hotel provides free shuttles :) There are also plenty of places around to eat within walking distance… Wi-Fi was excellent!

Little details like the wallpapers and furniture need some refurbishing, but it was fine with us as cleanliness was on point.
