Conrad Hong Kong

I like that it is worth the penny. Great Location as it has access within the mall and everything is just few steps away. In room dining was superb. Great space in the room and I really like the separation of Shower and toilet. The credit we got everyday was awesome. Great value.

I did not feel the hospitality of the reception.

Generally really enjoyed every aspect of our stay(cation), the staff were always very friendly and helpful and professional. The room was very nice and clean. And on a side note we really, really loved the Christmas Brunch at Nicholini's (8th floor). It was a very nice touch that the staff left a Santa stocking with some gifts at the door on Christmas day.

Cannot really say I didn't like, but a little more variety at the breakfast buffet would be nice (was still very nice though)

Everything was above average at the hotel, despite the apparently high occupancy rate. But what really made our stay exceptional was the smiles and the service provided by every staff member of Conrad. We have stayed here before but the level of courtesy and willingness to help was remarkable. I especially want to thank the housekeeping crew. Thank you.

The initial room assigned had a bit of a funny smell, common in Hong Kong with the water pipes, and there were some strands of hair on the carpet. But the second room was wonderful.

Location is fantastic, there are nice cafés and restaurants in walking distance and Pacific Place Shopping Centre accessible by the hotel's lifts. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff was nice and efficient. The Conrad had been around for quite some time (for Hong Kong standards) so it has a slightly old fashioned feel, but I liked that.

Wi-Fi was useless. My stay was short and I didn't need to work so I didn't bother to complain.

Over all the experience was excellent. All the staff are so friendly and helpful even before I checked to the hotel Location is great easy access by all means as taxi is not the only option to get around the city, if you want to have a taste of the local experience one can gain easy access to MTR or even buses . Room is good but just the beds are a little too high Breakfast, the buffet had a lots of variety, one can have the round the would breakfast in one morning

Almost perfect but for...

There are SIX elevators but the wait for an elevator even during non-rush hours are JUST TOO LONG. To take 5minutes to wait for an elevator is extremely inefficient. Don't take my word for it. Please ask your staff to track average waiting time or ask for feedback from clients. This is the only thing that needs improving. Else it's perfect!

Location is always excellent. Staff at Pacific bar was very warm. Breakfast buffet selection was also superb. Check-in was a breeze.

Cleaning of the room was unsatisfactory as there were pieces of paper still on the floor. It was also a good thing that I reviewed my bill otherwise I would not have noticed that I was overcharged by HK$800.

Location is super convenient to get around. Being connected to a mall with many restaurants is another plus. The staff is always very professional and helpful. The room was always stocked with plenty of water as I requested.

The weather unfortunately. When we arrived it was just the end of the typhoon so the weather was gloomy and rainy.

Comfortable. Great bath and powerful shower. Clean. Lovely view. Air con. Enough plug sockets. Rubber duck. Grrreat mattress.

Wifi was a little patchy. I left the do not disturb all day on one day on purpose but someone kept knocking on my door that evening to try to tell me that they didn't clean my room... they interrupted my business call and didn't stop knocking until I answered the door. I wish there were more eco-friendly options that they didn't have to change the bedsheets on my 2nd day, and to reuse a towel more than once.

Room - very clean and comfortable. Location - excellent location and connectivity with a short 5-7 min walk to the Admiralty MTR station. Breakfast - A decent selection of dishes from both east and west.

Room - it felt a little dated. Needs to be updated. Reception - more counters should be manned during peak periods, i.e., check-in and check-out timings
