Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong

After spending a few nights at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore albeit a beautiful hotel and Ultra modern it doesn't have the same cosy warm feeling that the Mandarin has. Our stay at the Mandarin in Hong Kong felt very personal and friendly- the staff really want to look after you and make your stay special. We stayed in a club room, which had great views of the bay. The service in the club lounge was impeccable, a special Mention to Roxanne thank you for your help and advice organising our trip to Lantau ( booking in advance saved hours of queuing). Also Ben and the team in the club lounge for amazing service. In fact all the staff were super efficient and on the ball. Already planning our next stay at one of the Mandarin Hotels.

The swimming pool- indoor and small a roof top pool would be perfect!

It is a hotel that makes me feel good from the moment I enter the hotel with my luggage. The kind and pretty Anna who greeted me at the check-in counter made me happy even before entering the room. She was a really kind and really lovely person. And room condition was also the best. Even though it was an old hotel, it was new, and the sincerity of the hotel was contained in everywhere. There was even a Boss Bluetooth speaker. was the best. The bed was also soft so I had a good night's sleep. It was my first time at the Mandarin Hotel, but it's the best hotel I've been to in Hong Kong. Also, if I go to Hong Kong, I will stay at the Mandarin Hotel again, and I want to meet Anna and other friendly staff again. thank you :)

Mandarin Oriental Hotel (there are 2, this is the 'old' one) is very clean (the cleanest I have seen), and the location is very good, CBD is within walking distance. Given the price of this accommodation, there are some expectations, and the hotel and its rooms met them.

Breakfast buffet could offer more varieties/options. The lobby could do well to serve coffee/tea, there is the captains' bar and the lounge but some of the guests may just want to have a coffee/tea while they wait or meet at the lobby.

The best hotel I have ever been to .. Everything was extraordinary ! Including the staff, facilities, location as well as the services. I would like to give a special thanks to Megumi San as she welcomed me with a great pleasure and hospitality and that give me a great first impression about the hotel. Your Sincerely Abdulrahman

The sheets were changed everyday for Club Floor rooms, I guess, which is very nice (except for one day, the housekeeper didn't. Not sure why.

The outer section of the room for bathroom & vanity, shower facilities - even for couples, not too convenient as there is nothing to screen off the two areas. Food at the Club Floor is, I would say, adequate. Could have done better.

My favourite hotel in Hong Kong. Excellent location, connected by airbridge to many shopping malls and close to Victoria Harbour. Very good rooms with all amenities you could think of and excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay, I can't think of anything negative during the stay.

location is excellent, easy access through the galleries no need to hit the street. Room is clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The excessif use of parfume in the airconditionning. Having breakfast in a parfume store is not pleasant. Staff seems not smelling it anymore.
