Good location, next to subway, central and Macao ferries, supermarkets and restaurants area. There was a deposit (500 HKD). Fast wifi, nice view (17th floor). Spacious room by Hong Kong standards

When you look at the hotel description, there is a photo of terrace on the roof, but in fact this terrace is only available to those living on the 31st floor, not for everyone. There is a small smoking terrace with no view at the 3rd floor. There was no adapter for charging (we bought one at JHC store next to the hotel)

Attentive and alert reception staff. Near to eateries (Sang Kee Congee is a few steps away, Pick a Bowl serves fresh veg) and to Central. Good bed, shower, relatively large space within room, clean and strong fridge. Coffeemaker.

Slopey, gravelly, narrow roads from the train to the hotel. Be mentally prepared if rolling luggage. It's doable but give yourself time. Toilet seat had a permanent stain and though the toilet bowl was scrubbed, someone had forgotten to do the final flush, and there was cleaning debris when we first lifted the cover. There were stains on the lower portion of the mirror.

Surrounded with very good places to eat, grocery and near the train station - all within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for a hotel in Hong Kong.

There was a repair in their water system during our stay which 1.) made the color of the water brown in the toilet bowl and 2.) there was a night until the following morning wherein we needed to use a pail to flush the water in the toilet manually evey use bec there was no water. Also the built in microwave was broken in our room but they lent us another microwave to use.

The comfortable beds. My room view. The politeness of the staff. I absolutely loved the central area of the hotel. LocTed next to everything. Train station in a 3 minute walking distance.

The gym was small. That's all.

The very helpful staff at the front desk and the 5G free wifi 😀 appreciate the Nespresso coffee machine and tea selection. Also, the on-site laundry room is very useful.

No breakfast service and on-site restaurant.

Room is clean. Metro is just 100m away. Very good location. Really love the HDTV with mainstream content. Sleek interior design.

My room seemed to be near the laundry room. At night it is really quiet. But during daytime you'll hear clear honking cause the street is too narrow for two cars. Basically no room service, I have to go down and get my delivery food. But overall it's fine.

The staffs are very nice and helpful

The shower area, I would rather they have a shower curtain instead They cannot provide me with an extra blanket The laundry machines instructions were not clear enough The air conditioner was very loud

Excellent location, high floors are quiet, bed was pretty comfy. Our executive suite room had a small lounge which provided much needed extra space. Decent cable and Netflix channels.

Bathroom is a bit tired and slightly oddly designed, no real lobby but not really an issue. Curtains could be better and whole room could do with some sprucing up.

Location and size of room. Only 2 units per floor and served by 2 lifts.

Pantry didnt come with dish washing liquid. Only 1 box of tissue given for entire unit. No charging socket beside bed. Air cond temperature not consistent, cold at living room area but warm at bedroom .

Very convenient location and spacious suite! Was exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon! They even left a little welcome and honeymoon card with a mini moet to celebrate! Thank you!

Nothing really! Just one of the mini fridge shelves was broker but didn't really affect the usage.
