We loved being so close to the motorway although the access to the hotel from our direction of travel is a bit scary, you have to cross a very busy junction and then get into the correct lane very quickly but thankfully it was quiet when we arrived. The room was better than most budget hotels. The receptionist was great, letting me prattle on in bad French but reverting to English with a smile when I got stumped!
We didn't realise you had to pay for parking, it really annoys me on these booking sites when 'parking' can mean so many things. Please make it clear that it's not free parking!

You get what you pay for. Breakfast was very good. Very close to subway station where you can take the metro to the center of Lille or even Roubaix. Lots of parking but they charge for it. Price for parking is not that high.
No eggs for breakfast. Our toilet would not flush properly so that was a bit of a nuisance.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problems communicating with them and figuring stuff out.
The ceiling of the room is low. And there is very little natural light because of how the hotel is built.

Good location for a traveller with car and family.
The access to the premises is challenging for a driver, one needs to be really sharp to make the correct turn, specially when it's dark and traffic is busy.

Very good value for money. Breakfast was also very reasonably priced and there was a good selection of food and drinks. It was a squeeze but we were able to sleep a family of 4 in one room (two single beds, a child bed and a travel cot).
Our room had not been cleaned when we arrived but we were quickly offered another room.

Safe, private, clean and well located. Perfectly fitting us on essential traveling onwards to Germany. We needed a bed and freshen up and flexible check in times. Covid-19 standards were fully compliant. Parking with gate that locks down at night.
It would not fit as holiday destination, but suited when traveling.
