B&B HOTEL Lille Lillenium Eurasanté

The location was great, very spacious and clean rooms. Our cats were very comfortable also. We will definitely come back. We liked the ample secure parking structure also. Staff were very kind and helpful.

When arriving late at night, the property looks closed (lights in the lobby were off, no one was visible from outside), we were unsure if we were even in the right place. The parking structure was also closed (apparently you need to enter a code in order to open the gate after hours) I think providing better instruction on what to do after hours might be helpful for people also keeping some lights on in the lobby? The staff were very helpful once we came in but just the initial trying to figure out where to go, where to park etc was confusing.

it is new! spacious and basic. I liked that it doesn't feel like in a plastic box (travelodge in the UK), it feels like a good place. I could take control of my air conditioning easily, but windows are not made to be open.

wifi access is very long. It disconnects every 2-3 hours, and the procedure is 3 steps and has 10 questions. The forms do not remember users, so you end up typing so much info every time, that you give up on your phone to start with. And on my laptop, I had to re-start it every single time, when I reconnected to wifi (so about 5-8 times a day, if I was working from the hotel)

The property and rooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff were attentive.

The first room we were provided to check into smelled of smoke. It was clean but obvious the previous guest had been smoking in there. The room was quickly changed for us. The parking pricing structure is confusing. We checked in at 5pm and offer 12 or 24 hours parking. Given that customers will be checking in usually from 3pm onwards it is highly unlikely anyone will select the 12 hour option and be be leaving at 3am. Make it simple and say to park for 1 day it is EURXXX

Nice hotel next to a shopping center, little bit outside of the city center, but not very far by car, great value for the money! staff was kind, the facilities in the room were excellent, I got what I requested, the shower is great, the water flow is strong, , the room is clean and spacious enough, very nice experience overall

Location, little bit far, but not an issue if you have a car or you go by Uber or with the Metro, there's a station at walking distance. other than that for the value of the money It was exactly what I expected.

Very modern and new. Very clean. Personnel kind and helpful. Room adequate. Shower is big and good. Modern design. Big hall. Breakfast adequate and abundant.

Room a bit small and furnishing limited. The superior room would probably have been a better choice. Same impression of sparse furnishing in the hall. The hotel is located in a simple part of town. Restaurants around the hotel are very simple. Better to go to the centre of town. Better instructions for finding the reserved hotel parking would have been needed before arrival.

Hotel was quite fresh and new. Location was good enough, near the shopping mall. The room was very comfortable, we had all the facilities we needed. Staff was extremely friendly, always accessible and trying to help whenever needed. Highly recommended both for work and family willing to stay 2 days and more.

The room and hotel are lovely, comfy bed, nice atmosphere, helpful staff.

Parking… if you’ve a normal car, it’s okay, but if you have a 4x4 Land Rover as we have, you cannot get into the underground parking as the ceiling entrance is too low. The commercial parking is unavailable for overnight parking too… The staff need to be aware of this as I was informed parking was available. Had to park 200m down from hotel, on the road, and by all the window glass on the pavement, smash and grab from cars is prevelent..

I arrived before 12 and the receptionist was so nice to accommodate a very quiet room available at that time.

I am a Gluten Free vegan. There was no available choice for that on the restaurant menu. A very old fashioned menu, which is not at all adapted to modern healthy anti inflammatory preferences. In particular close to a very big hospital. Not many other restaurants close by either.

Everything was new and cozy. The staff were friendly and the parking was covenient and affordable with hotel coupon.

In booking.com it was mentioned that the VAT and city tax is included in the room rate, however at the hotel the receptionist told us that we have to pay 11 euro more than what is written on booking because the taxes are not included. It is not a big deal but it makes you choose this hotel on top of the others, based on false information.

It’s a new hotel and feels fresh which is nice. The staff was as friendly as possible. Rooms are spacious enough and have everything you need. Design is nothing special, but nice and clean.

The breakfast for that price could be more diverse and give more variety of foods. A bank terminal didn’t work all the way through we stayed at the hotel.
