Quality Hotel View

Location is absolutely perfect if flying in through Copenhagen as the train stop is literally next door, the main event locations (arena etc) are very close, as is a massive shopping centre for all you might need. The breakfast was very good with enough space for seating. The sauna plus gym was a nice addition which I personally used and liked.

For some reason there was no cleaning of the rooms during the 4 night stay. This did not bother me as I was also occasionally working from the room and did not want a disturbance, but felt a bit odd. Maybe it is a new policy?

Location in the center of Hyllie is perfect, breakfast was fantastic (would even be better if it would last until 10.00 instead of 9.30). Spacious room with nice views and well equipped bathroom.

The only downside in tall hotels like this is that you (obviously) can't open the windows - however, in that case a well-functioning airconditioning is a must! Ours did absolutely nothing to cool down the room, not even the 2 degrees difference that were mentioned by the reception. Luckily, it was not the sunniest days when we were there but this should definitely be improved, especially during summer...

very kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful venue and really good localization! If we will visit Malmo in the future, we’ll visit the hotel once again.

I think the hotel may do better with cleaning rooms. Our room was with dust from the entrance. What surprised us is that after 2nd night we had to ask for room clean up (the lady from the reception looked surprised also with this request). During the clean up they only made our bed (without changing sheets) and gave fresh towels. The room werent vacuumed and also dirty hotel’s glasses were left in the hotel room after the clean up.

breakfast was great super choice of hot and cold food and drinks in a lovely setting lots of space , lifts in hotel great nice clean room and reception staff could not be more helpful with things they could control, evening supply tourist maps of Malmo and train time etc and always with a smile

pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable but biggest problem was the room temperature would not drop below 22 degrees so very hot at night for sleeping. unable to rectify by adjusting on wall control made no difference

breakfast was very nice, good location, friendly staff, beautiful large room.

we were told that they were not cleaning the rooms everyday, and asked if we would prefer any weekday over another for them to clean the room (which didn’t really matter for us). But they didn’t clean it at all, so we didn’t even receive new towels for 6 days. I guess we could have asked for it, but it’s a basic standard I think when you’re staying at the same hotel for more than a couple of days. My partner also wished there was a fridge, but maybe it was optional or you could pay extra for it, I don’t know. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

positioned right outside the train/bus station, it's only a 15min ride from CPH airport, 5 min from Malmö city centre or about 30 min from CPH city centre. The room is reasonably sized, breakfast was great, and the conference area impeccable, with great facilities for the break.

Room temperature is adjusted extremely slowly, something that is stated in the room, but this doesn't help. This is alleged to be for the environment, but it's certainly not comfortable and not welcoming for the occupants. Several hours to adjust the temperature is just ridiculous. Also, the number of TV channels is very limited, with only one international, the rest local.

Excellent breakfast: very rich choice of products. Comfortable parking, garage with a part dedicated to the Hotel Conveniently located a few steps from Hyllie Station, a station that allows you to reach the centre in two stops, and Copenhagen in less than half an hour. There are several restaurants in the area and a large shopping centre "Emporium" 100 m from the hotel.

Room service: on two occasions we found the room only partially tidied (the beds were not made).

Good breakfast, beautiful and modern room, good bed, the hotel has a special architecture and is pleasant. We were only there one night and we had a good time

we could not find the parking place and we parked in a wrong parking house that did not belong to the hotel, but the parking administration understood and accepted us.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and close by a few nice restaurants. We had a room on the 9th floor with a an amazing view. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of variety! A little housekeeping robot roamed the hallway to clean, so cute.

Bathroom mirror had quite a bit of dust on it, and the bathroom didn't have a bath mat to stand on. If I had stayed longer then a night I would've requested one. Definitely not a dealbreaker though, those really are only small details.

The hotel was lovely, our rooms were nice with good views and were all very clean. The tea was nice as well which was ideal!

The only thing I can complain about is that before my stay, I ammended my booking by adding an extra day and was told it would be about £100 extra which was fine. But, when it came to it, the ammendment hadn't been made and I ended up paying around £200 for it. All in all, the hotel was great, and to be fair if my trip had no complications and I didn't need to change my booking it would have all been perfect.
