Best Western Plus Hotell Nordic Lund

Everything was very nice, friendly staff comfortable bed clean rooms all tip top. The breakfast is very good, I have stayed this place for two nights back in 2016, and my good experience with the hotel made me book the same place this year. We only stayed the night, but Lund has many nice things to see, and a very good restaurant nearby Called VED it can be recommended

the only thing I found difficult was parking, The hotel has a great parking place, but we had a serious trouble finding out how to pay, and to whom parking company. This could have been made easier both for guests and the staff.

Undoubtedly, the beds are amazingly comfortable, i may say excellent! compared to most of the hotels, the room really good isolated. You sleep so great! The room is really convenient with a little kitchen, plus value of coffee machine Lavazza, and a kitchen which makes it really convenient with the supermarket around. Breakfast is good enough, but i don't eat it anymore, i miss those years when this hotel was providing salmon and fresh berries in breakfast like you find at Radisson Blu. Nevertheless, this hotel is an enjoyable place with a nice staff. The plus, is that you can order from outside on some raining days and the staff is gentle to deliver to your room.. Laundry is available. And no need to wonder about an iron , it is always in the room, always. Several years coming here , really happy, the rooms are always clean, always ! - Spacious room - Good breakfast - Friendly staff - We arrived in the middle of the night when the reception was closed, but we got good instructions for the check in and everything was perfectly taken care of.

- We stayed for 4 nights and during most days, kept the "do not disturb" sign on, however when we hoped the room to be cleaned, only beds were made but no towels were changed which was disappointing. - The breakfast ends at 9.30 at weekdays which seemed a bit early especially for summer.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Lund. The room was very large and perfect for our stay. We had a small kitchen with all the necessary cutlery and appliances, which we very much appreciated as a family. Walking distance from all you need in terms of sightseeing, supermarkets, etc. The street the hotel is on is lively, however we could still sleep at night without problems. Excellent breakfast, the employees were also very friendly.

Overall a really nice hotel, the only thing that didn't work was the hairdryer, but we received a brand new one within minutes from the lady at the reception. I have no real complaints and I would certainly stay there again.

Friendly staff , breakfast was wholesome. The rooms were comfy (the kitchenette was a nice benefit). The hotel is centrally located and it was easy to get around on foot to the main attractions. It was nice of the staff to loan me a cycle to visit Skrylle naturreservat and back. Overall a great hotel in a lovely city of Lund, will visit again.

Not much to complain here , generally I do not give feedback but we were very satisfied with the service. Maybe the breakfast menu can have some more options but otherwise pretty good. Maybe a vibrant round the clock restaurant and bar would be perfect but not necessarily a "must have".

In the centre of the village. walking distance to amenities, Train station and Lund University. Very clean and good breakfast

All is good, small things I would mention but I would defo stay again here: My safe was not working although they offered to store valuables at reception, but not ideal. Room was not cleaned second day (left room at 8am back at 4.30pm) or bins were not emptied any of the 3 days of my stay.

Breakfast was exceptional. The staff were exceptional. The rooms continue mini kitchenettes so it is like a small studio apartment. After "Nordic" simplicity in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and now Copenhagen, this place was a breath of fresh air. Lund is a lovely town as well.

Slightly farther than train station than expected but still very reasonable and not a problem. Maybe 12 minutes with luggage through town.

Loved the convenience of the location (close to tourist sights, Coop, restaurants and botanical gardens) The suite with kitchenette and comfortable armchairs was great. Very very clean. Staff great.

The car park is directly behind the property but relatively expensive, even with the Easy Pay app. And the app doesn’t allow you to pay for more than 24 hours in advance so a pain to keep updating it.

The hotel is located in a great spot. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. Wifi was also pretty good. It was good that there were some plates and cutlery available, but maybe a little bit more variety could have been better.

The beds were just two single beds pushed together. The option of f.e. having a single top mattress would have been a nice option. One of the lamps on the bed was broken.

Friendly, clean good location. Ideal for what we needed. Breakfast was lovely from cooked to cold choice. Room was big enough, lovely shower.

We stayed in a family room one of the beds, which was big enough was a sofa style that folds out. My parents slept fine on it but would of been better if it was a proper bed. The other room where I slept were two single beds very comfy.
