The front door of the building looked unimpressive but when you walked inside the place was full of charm and character. There had been a very sympathetic redevelopment of an older building, with a number of apartments around a delightful inner courtyard. Our room was full of character, simply furnished but appealing and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also very good. The location was superb, just off the main road (Gran Via) but near shops, cafes and the cathedral. We appreciated being just off the busy road, so the room was quiet at night

The crockery / cutlery was maybe a little limited and we bought a plastic washing up bowl to make washing up easier. Maybe the expectation was that we would do more eating out.

Staff was super helpful, we arrived before checkin time and they made it everything easy for us. Acess to the apartment was good too, it took us 18 to19 minutes walking from the train station wasn't that far. The location was excatly in the center close to everything which was great. Shower was amazing it has the option for neck message.

Wifi wasn't the best, It doesn't reach to the kitchen or the bathroom only the bedroom and it's a small room so maybe they can add extender. The bathroom didn't have a place to leave your things, I would suggest to maybe add a small side shelves.

We liked the spaciousness of the room and having access to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was incredible! We had easy access to everything! We were able to walk to some of the main attractions like the Alhambra and the Cathedral.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom that was hard to get rid of in spite of opening all the windows. It didn't seem quite set up for guests. For example, there were no hooks in the bathroom or in the outside area, the shower is only partially covered so sprayed everywhere, no dressers or drawers in the apartment.

This is a very nice and comfortable apartment. It's a large room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Clean room with a nice atmosphere. I think it's a boutique place. A very comfortable bed. Me and my wife are very happy with this place. The location of the apartment is in the center near the most important historical buildings. There are a lot of Arab and Turkish food places on this street. Next to this place there are also the main streets of the city and there are shops, restaurants, bars, flamenco shows. Nice place.

Big room with more than enough facilities for a possible longer stay. The room smelled very nice and the location was very good. I would go there again.

Free parking is not available. The San Agustin parking spot is (one of?) the most expensive parking spaces even though it's probably the closest. As the apartments are located in a small alley, we first had a bit of trouble finding the place. We only had contact with the renters/agency via whatsapp.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. With 2 heating systems (you definitely need those in Winter as Granada tends to get chilly).

Not cleaned enough (long black hair in some spots in the bathroom). We couldn't figure out when the wall heating started and why. (The airco heating worked individually though.)

The apartment is well equipped. Check in was easy. I feel safer once inside the apartment compound. Lobby smells nice

It is located in the small street (off calle elvire) not on the main road. It is near a popular shopping street, so i am a bit wary of my belongings wgen passing thru the area.

Great apartment, well equipped, comfortable bed, very central. Easy self check in and out. Definitely recommended!

The heating was a bit loud (type air condition). Everything else was perfect.

Best hotel in our Andalusia trip, highly recommend!!!! easy check in nice spacious clean rooms! help in arrival great value for money vey nice location thought of the details (coffee machine and cookies!)

Loved the location, the historical artifacts and how clean it was! Staff was very helpful during our last minute reservation.

Softer pillows would be nice.
