Excellent location, beautiful historic building with an excellent fusion of modern infrastructure and historical context. The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgable. Rooms and common areas are well maintained, clean and very inviting. Good restaurant, very nice bar and excellent breakfast. Most sights can be reached by walking (up to 20 minutes- including Alhambra), buses and taxis are accessible.

Not related to the hotel, but rather the traffic and streets in Granada: In order to reach the hotel by car you need to enter a zone with restricted traffic. The hotel staff can relay your licence plate to the police so it should not be an issue, it would be good to have this information available on the hotel overview site on booking.com.

Central location. Understated, elegant decor. Utterly stunning central courtyard, perfect for cocktails in the evening. Immersed in history. Huge room with soaring celing, original features and epic bed, with view onto courtyard. Beautiful dining room, with sophisticated menu of Andalusian food - including local caviar. Excellent dry Martinis. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast, both buffet and menu.

A bath in our room would have been perfect, although the shower was fine. The mournful music in the dining room and bar created a tranquil atmosphere which felt a little too solemn at times.

A lovely hotel - perfectly located near the Cathedral ! In particular the staff were first rate. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really well looked after. The internal courtyard was beautiful -superbly renovated with excellent lighting at night. All in all ,our stay was great,

Whilst the parking arrangements were fine from arrival , getting directly to the hotel was not easy. The only way to approach the layby outside the reception area was along a lane in the Gran Via de Colon which was marked as taxis and buses only. The hotel perhaps could have advised clients that it was OK to come to the hotel using that lane as the Police were so informed so you would receive get a ticket.

We stayed here about 10 years ago and loved it and so we are pleased to say it is just as good. The cloisters are beautiful and everything else about the hotel is 5 star. Although the location is on the busy Colon Ave, as long as your sat nav takes you to the right place, the hotel is easy to find. A small parking bay in front of the hotel is where you can drop off luggage and a member of staff will garage your car for you. Staff are very helpful & friendly. We had a standard room and all was fine. Breakfast was good too.

Great location. The courtyard is a pleasant quiet sanctuary in the city. Rooms are not huge, but comfortable and very quiet (especially considering the location). Nearly all of the staff were very pleasant and incredibly helpful, including bar service and arranging for excursions, plus wishing to receive feedback on how it went for us. Very professional. Valet parking.

Dinner was disappointing and expensive, although service was not bad. Barprices a bit steep too, but I suppose to be expected at this sort of hotel. Only complaint, really.

It was very pleasant to be residing in such a beautiful, historical building, right in the middle of the city. The patio, open to the sky, that makes the connection to the meeting areas and the rooms, is so full of charm. Great room amenities and service. The personnel being so kind and helpful.

Central location ideal to discover the town and the various attractions. Our room in the ancient convent was great with high wooden ceiling and view on the inner courtyard. Helpfull staff at the reception, excellent food at the restaurant and great wine selection, very nice staff at the bar along the historical inner courtyard

Bath room a little small but should be normal in an historical building

Staff was extremely pleasant , upon arrival we parked a bit odd on the side street and staff immediately offered valet parking and put car in safe spot . Rooms were amazing and we had one of the rooms within the courtyard. We decided to go for dinner at the hotel restaurant and food was great and innovative while staff was world class . Asking for a local red wine recommendation we got a beautiful selection . When ordering a plate , the staff recommended to share amongst 2 people as it was rich and large. Lady at breakfast was friendly and attentive to every customer . Kudos for the personell , especially during these more difficult COVID times.

Road that leads to hotel is actually only accessible by Taxis and Busses. Guest can access but feels a bit "illegal" ...

amazing experience the location is perfect and the reception were great with us i will for sure come back again and i recommend it i highly recommend that you arrange the tour to Alcazar and the Cathedral directly with the hotel prior to arriving as they have private tour guide they have guitar hour which was really great i want to thank Rocio from the reception.

The hotel is very pretty; clean and cozy. Rooms are clean, comfortable and a baby cot was awaiting for us in our bedroom as per my request. Staff were friendly and able to clarify any questions we had; we travelled by car and although not aware beforehand, there’s valet parking available which is quite nice considering the park is not close by. It is located very close to the picturesque Alhambra.

I wasn’t completely able to get all the rooms next to each other and wasn’t aware that the hotel is located on a street where traffic is only allowed to public transport, and therefore we had to park somewhere else until we got to the hotel and got offered the valet parking service.
