Hotel Brandoli

The hotel is located right next to the highway so there are no traffic jams while arriving and departing. The bus station is conveniently across the street and it takes around 20 minutes to arrive to the city centre. The reception offers bus tickets as well. The staff was nice and helpful, they let us leave our car on the hotel parking lot even after we checked out. The room was huge, modern, bathroom too. Each of us got two pillows, a harder and a softer one, which was a big plus. The beds were sturdy. The breakfast buffe offers a variety of choices. On the ground floor there is also a restaurant, where you can eat lunch in/or dinner.

The hotel is a bit expensive for an overnight stay. I am not sure the air conditioning worked in the room.

The room was nice and spacious with a balcony. Everything was quite clean and the air conditioning worked well. The free parking is a huge bonus when travelling with a car.

Everything was good, but the night shift staff at the reception could've been friendlier. We did not know that it was standard to not provide a duvet, so we asked the man if it was not missing. He asked to come to our room, because he did not understand my question. After the question was explained when he was in our room, he was annoyed that such question had arised, because "It's very hot outside, why do you ask for a duvet?" Even if the question was weird, the staff should be more polite when dealing with a customer.

Only issue we had was a lack of communication from the hotel prior to our stay. For example, they sent a confirmation of booking and I entered PayPal details so assumed I’d paid. At checkout they stated I hadn’t paid and was only a pre authorisation. Which obviously causes stress and confusion. The email came through a month later! Which at this point we were back in the UK

The location is excellent, as the hotel is a 3-minute drive from the highway exit, and there is a bus stop in front of it, from which the bus that runs approx. every 15 minutes, takes you straight to the old town (in front of the arena); 15 minutes drive. You park your car in the parking lot in front of the hotel, where it is completely safe. The rooms are spacious, very clean, modernly furnished and those on the ground floor have a nice terrace. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need (towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo). The breakfast is very varied; you can choose from a variety of breads (also gluten-free), eggs, hot dogs, bacon, cheese, fruit, pastries, vegetables, tea, coffee, jams,... The staff is friendly and helpful.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged.

The facilities were very clean, modern, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was super delicious. And the staff was very friendly.

The location is a bit far from the historic downtown, conveniently the bus is right outside the hotel, but it only travels every 20 minutes. So you have to pay attention to the time. there's really nothing around the hotel, Komano, restaurants or bars.

extremely clean everywhere! The room was bright and comfortable and well equipped. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can catch the bus into Verona and the main reception explained clearly which bus to take and how to get back to the hotel. They even sell bus tickets which are extremely cheap. We stayed here three nights and really enjoyed seeing Verona and Lake Garda. There is plenty of parking and also underground parking to stop your car baking in the hot sun.

Nothing, everything here is perfectly good and value for money.

Great location,Just off the motorway exit, can get to city centre easily , bus stop across the road from the hotel. Nice big room with loads of luggage space and wardrobe space. Nice little terrace to sit out in. Good breakfast lots of choice. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel has parking facilities. Very good value for money. We stayed here for one night but will be booking again as it was a perfect stay. room was very quiet and had a great night's sleep. Big bathroom with loads of towels .

Clean comfortable basic rooms. Great breakfast. Location was very good. We had a hire car and only took about 10 minute to drive into Verona and park. Apparently there is a bus that you can also take you into the centre. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The room was a little snug for a family of four.

Our room had two balconies with incredible views, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and kind. Moreover, the staff were very accommodating and knew English. We also got free 6 is a huge tick.

We didn't like that there was no iron and that it was a bit far from the central of Verona.

The hotel was very good and the staff were excellent. It has everything you need, and is in a great location. We as family with children enjoyed staying there, and this will be our choice for next time.

Everything was great. There is a bus station in front of the hotel so you can use public transport to Verona.
