Ovolo Southside

Everything was great and super clean. Included free goodiebag, slippers, minibar, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a universal adapter. It was a bit cold on arrival the aircondition had been on full blast, i told the reception it was cold and they immediately brought me a heating fan, that heated up the room very quickly. Location is very close to the Metro. Ocean Park is only 1 stop away. Right next to the Hotel there is a gas station open 24 hours. I liked the concept of the hotel, I highly recommend!

The elevator music was to loud

It is 10 min MTR from Admiralty. There is a 7Eleven and a few restaurants around. The room and facilities were extremely clean, we had slippers, a tote bag, a bag to put our clothes for the free laundry service. There is a lounge area, rooftop, pool table, gym. In the room is Alexa, Apple TV :) everything you need really. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had the best stay there!

convenient location - you can get anywhere in hongkong easily, very friendly staff, clean, you can play pool in the lobby, free tea and coffee

i was surprised to pay refundable deposit 3000hkd per room when check in, the cleaning lady turned on ac in our room when we left it off and went out and it was super cold, the breakfast was order only - no buffer

Everything! From the location and the property and the staff. Amazing-caring staff who will look after you like anything. The property is clean and with amazing perks! Location is just wow- connects with the whole of HK in just 3 min 😊

Nothing as such.

From the first moment of the entry up to the moment of check out it was just amazing. Ive stayed in more than 100 hotels in over 50 countries and this experience was just mesmerising. Definitely TOP 10 in my life. Its not always about luxury - this place is true value of the price - combination - nice stuff, good rooms, close transport, clean and fresh daily - just all together was great!

Modern, simple, clean room with a big bathroom, also Apple TV & Netflix. People working in the hotel reception were professionals with good attitude.

Hotel has been built in an old industrial house with thin walls to corridor and without sound isolation. Air conditioning machines on the ceiling were also without any sound isolation and extremely noisy. No minibar refilling (even water)

Great hip hotel, second time staying here. Very near and one stop away from Ocean Park so it’s convenient if you’re visiting there.

Room not cleaned well, stayed 4 nights but every day still see hairs on the floor. The shower door cannot shut tight so water can sip through, bathroom floor become very wet after that

Convenient for transport to south side as well as further afield

Save in room a little squeezey but all needs catered for. Good hanging space but little drawer space. But we were there for 2 weeks so maybe our needs were greater than others

This hotel is just amazing, it has the artistic looks, the facilities and the service of a high-class hotel. Plenty of things like a free mini bar, toothbrushes with tiny tubes of toothpaste (in case you had forgotten them), encouragement to mail the feedback to the CEO, and a dozen other details that make you feel comfy and well taken care of.

Staff are lovely. Great breakfast, free self-laundry, gym, workspace. Rooms are good size and bed is very comfy. Very close to MTR and only 2 stops into the heart of the city. Right beside sports fields and courts which is great if you have kids.
