Transfer from the airport: included. After arrival just go the Sheraton counter at the entrance, ask for a shuttle timetable, then go outside to the parking lot and find stops 11-12 and wait for the bus with Sheraton logo on it. Breakfast: delicious, lots of local food, tasty soups. Personnel: helpful and professional Location: pretty close to the Lantau island toursit attractions Shopping: a free shuttle will take you to the nice outlet mall, 5 mins to ride, or you may reach it by 15 min walk.

Friendly and helpful staff, except one shuttle bus driver.

One shuttle bus driver, I took the shuttle bus on Mar 15th, 2023 at around 3:45Pm, no driver on the bus when I got on. When the bus driver came in, I walk up front and ask him very nicely in Chinese: Is this the bus to the Tung Chung MTR ? He look at me and pointed on the front windshield and said: Can you read ? What kind of attitude is thia ? If I saw the sign, I wouldn‘t be asking, even though, all he need to tell me is either “Yes” or “No”, just one simple word. I did told the front desk about him the next day. The reason I brought this up, is because I don’t want one person ruined the image of the hotel. Thanks

Location is good. Close to airport. Especially good, when You get room with marina view. Amazing. Good hotel. Providing free shuttle bus both ways airport/ hotel. One bus transfer every hour from 6 am to 11 pm. Good, comfortable night sleep. Soft, enjoyable bed.

Weather was a bit wet and did not enjoyed free bike rides as offered by hotel. Plus, as per me, breakfast could be better. Have experienced much better breakfasts. All in all, food was ok, but was expecting more from this hotel, breakfast wise. Room a bit small, but good soft bed.

New hotel very comfortable rooms and bedding. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 minutes in taxi from the airport. Fantastic buffet breakfast

Airport shuttle only goes once an hour. Given most people would choose this hotel to have easy access to the airport I would hope the shuttle is at least 3 times an hour

The hotel shuttle was very convenient, with the hours posted. The hotel breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from. The staff were polite and answered all/or any questions I had. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you.

The only thing I would suggest is. In the Hotel Description it should say something about "convertors not avaliable " that way people who use 110 voltage know to bring one.

The staff at the front desk were fantastic, great customer service and very friendly. I had left my power adapter behind, but they were happy to provide one for the stay. It's a small thing, but it's these small things that make the difference. Room was clean and quite nice.

The buffet lunch and dinner was catered entirely for Chinese tourists. no western option available, but plenty of western restaurants at rear of hotel

Concierge were very helpful in informing us of the right time to take the airport shuttle so we will not be late for our flight. The person assigned in the concierge remembered our flight departure time ( 5/19/23 10-11am duty- sorry forgot to get his name). Also our request for charger-adaptor, was delivered very fast c/o Housekeeping ( 5/18/23 8-10om duty) . Thank you very much for the concern.

Limited menu for late night room service. No stationary to write on but only a small note pad and a pen.

Well, we had an 18 hours layover in HK and in the very laat minute we suddenly decided to exit the airport. It was a last minute decision since we didn’t read the updated travel restrictions so we didn’t know if we were allowed to exit. It was midnight when we arrived and our booking didn’t reflect yet in their system which made us worry. Good thing the receptionist was very proactive and helpful to contact booking.com regarding our reservation and we were able to check-in successfully. The room was very comfy and we really had a good rest after our flight. We love the location of the hotel since it’s near the airport which makes it a perfect place to stay for those who’s having a long transit time. We also like that the hotel has a shuttle service going to and from the nearest metro station in case you want to tour the city

The staff were extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed. Our room was ready to check in at 8 AM . The breakfast was amazing. There's a shuttle from the airport and a shuttle to the train station. Everything about our stay was great!

Nice room. Good value for money. Transfer back to airport was quick, when you know the shuttle times.

Airport shuttle only once per hour. Shuttle station at airport hard to find. Long queue at check-in, only 3 staff, other guests jumping queue.
