+ big room space compared to other hotels + near MTR sai ying pun entrance + near tram stop + friendly staff + water dispenser for guests in the lobby + room and bathroom cleanliness was sufficient + shower had good water pressure

(-) although near to MTR sai ying pun entrance, you have to walk quite a distance to get to the trains, so using MTR as mode of transportation may be difficult for seniors, kids or those with walking disability (-) you need to prepare deposit amount in cash during check in (-) toilet doesn’t have bidet *room does not have breakfast included but there are many restaurants/cafe/cha chaan tengs nearby

Great location near public transport, large rooms for Hong Kong, clean and comfortable, really quiet (with just 2 rooms per floor), helpful staff and speedy communications. For a 3* hotel in Hong Kong this exceeded my expectations. As a bonus I somehow got it for a crazily good deal. Even at double what I paid it would be a very solid choice. I will return. I happened to notice a public laundrette immediately next door too.

My only complaint is the shower floor is very slippery as soon as you start using soap. I think rubber mats should be provided. I don’t understand why it has not become a worldwide standard to use rough tiles in all showers. A slip here could very quickly ruin your holiday!

I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay. I think it is among the best price for value for hotels on HK island. The rooms are so spacious and clean. Good wifi was necessary for my work and thankfully the wifi worked great during my stay. Of course Sai Ying Pun is a great neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. And the hotel is very close to MTR. I'd recommend this hotel especially for anyone who will work out of the hotel room and needs a good desk and wifi setup.

The room was much more spacious than I imagined, and had a great city view. It was also extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location if you're looking to make the most of Sheung Wan and surrounding areas, as there are great restaurants, bars and cafes minutes away. The location is also great for seeing other places around the city, as a metro station is a few minutes walk away, plus the waterfront is nearby as well. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money in terms of Hong Kong accommodation. Would happily stay here again.

The location is good and room is in good size. There's laundry shop right next to the hotel. It's convenient travelling around with tram and there are quite a lot of restaurants and cafes near the area. Staff are very helpful.

The hotel room is very clean with good size. The bed is very comfortable. Air conditioning is also good. It's location is convenient with everything nearby. Also very close to MTR. Strongly recommend!

Nice rooms with all you need. Only our rooms on the floor which makes it quite comfortable. Close to MTR, restaurants etc., no facilities available like restaurant etc. but this is known. Friendly staff

The room is very big (especially in Hong Kong, where most hotel rooms have very small space). The beds are comfortable, and the neighbourhood is quiet at night. The staff are warm and friendly. Affordable taxi to the airport can be booked at the reception.

the view is so-so, and I didn't find out how to open the window (not a big problem, though).

Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful, and gave kind advise on where to find food during my medical surveillance period. Location was perfect, just a few steps away from MTR, bus and tram stations.
