Location was very good. Very clean. Average size for HK. Customer service at the hotel was very good too. This is now my go to hotel in my HK short trip travels.

The location is fantastic if you are looking to be close to a big selection of bars and restaurants, as it is literally on the party street. It is also easy distances to walk to the central station (to get to farther places or the airport) and to the quai for various ferries. The staff was very friendly and helpful and check-in / check-out was very smooth and fast. The room was very clean and modern with a nice shower. If you are in the upper half at a slight higher price, you also get a free portable wifi to take with you on tours - which was very helpful.

As it is on the party street - you can hear some of the music very softly in the room. It wasn't an issue for us and they also have earplugs and sleeping masks in the room if needed. The arrival to the hotel on the last 100m is a bit up the hill with some stairs and depending on time filled with a lot of people. I wouldn't call it an issue, but I think it's helpful to know.

First thing to say - I arrived well early owing to outbound flight. Front desk allowed me to store my baggage and provided me with a WiFi block there and then. This is an exceptional piece of kit that really helped me out a lot during the trip and, whilst staff told me it is common thing, it is the first time I have ever had been provided this anywhere - and I get around a bit. I came back and checked in, easy, some helpful tips. Staff friendly. I have a card from Jospehine who assited me on check out too but they were all good. Room has fridge, rain shower and a safe, and the usual bathroom accoutrements. Air con is very fierce! This will be a godsend in summer months however i switched it off as way too cold for me. Lots of mirrors - mirrors, stylish furniture and adeqaute storage. Nice little room, 22nd floor. Comfy bed and, usefully, 4 different types of pillows with differing hardness / softness etc. Coming and going is easy, elevators to the rooms require card access. Only visited lobby [8th floor] upon check in and out - otherwise coming and going as you want is fine. Good convenient location - can be rowdy on the ground, but not UK rowdy, - so all safe and well policed. About 300-400m from Central Station and Taxis are everywhere.

I would have liked to have been able to set the air con to, say, 21c and have some, rather than an all or nothing situation - but equally that may have been my own inability to understand anything remotely technical. To be honest I cannot find fault really and had a superb stay.

Situated absolutely perfectly in the middle of a very vibrant part of the city. Very close to public transportation of all kinds, surrounded by bars & restaurants, small shops, large shoppingstreet, 10 minutes walking distance to the port from where you can take the star ferry to Kowloon, 5 minutes walking to one of the BIG BUS stops. Maybe less interesting if you have difficulties with walking uphill as you need to walk uphill for 100 meters to reach the hotel. Nice room, good quality of beds, mini fridge, rainshower, very friendly staff.

Great futuristic design, nice HK style view (I was on the 27th floor), super helpful staff and additional service like providing WiFi device. The noise mentioned in the previous reviews wasn’t a problem for me, I hardly heard anything, just as an overall background city noise. Staff were professional and super helpful.

It could be a bit cleaner (I’m comparing it with hotels - even cheap ones - in Japan). It was unpleasant surprise to find stains on the bed sheets (they replaced it immediately). The light at the bathroom sink was quite weak, not enough for makeup, you need to turn on master lights for that.

Hong Kong still requires three rounds of PCR and ART in 5 days. The accommodation staff quickly responded to all my requests over the phone and help us nothing was lacking. The location, customer service, and water pressure in the shower facilities were all satisfactory.

However, requesting a deposit that is more expensive than the accommodation fee can be difficult if the customer does not know in advance. They ask for a 3000 HKD deposit if I can get Covid-19 so they need to have a professional cleaning service. I didn't have the cash so paid with a credit card. When I check out, they said it will be canceled within 7-14 days.

It was located at the middle of the city, close to the subway station and airport train. I had read the reviews and knows the downside of this place before my trip. I did not expect much to a hotel near the bar street, it was just very close to my working place and I’m not sensitive to noise at all. Indeed that I couldn’t hear any noise in my room at all and they even put a pair of ear plug in room. It was like a romance hotel and I may get my girlfriend with me next time. the lobby was quite and I am able to grab a coffee there and have a conference call in the morning.

I have no cash at the end and Uber cannot stop in front of the hotel

The hotel is in Lan Kwai Fong and few minutes walk from Central station which is fantastic. Many eateries around. The Ding Sum 1968 offers yummy and delicious tim sums. If you like clubbing you will love the hotel given the clubs and pubs are literally just below the hotel. The hotel room comes with different lighting colour choices. Comfortable size, comfy beds and the little butterfly clips on each pillow indicating the type of each pillow (soft, harder) are pretty. The housekeeping staff (we only saw an around 50 years old man) is very efficient, changing our towels everyday, kept our room clean and provided additional amenities. He even folded our pyjamas nicely that we left on the bed before getting out. Overall, nice stay at this hotel and will visit again.

The aircon system - it’s quite loud when the system periodically kicked in to cool down the room. Could be only me as I am a light sleeper. As the clubs and pubs are just at the bottom we could hear the noises. However, it wasn’t bothering much due to the noise level was quite low.

room was very noisy at night, with loud thumping from nightclubs, I was on 17th floor, had to sleep w earplugs, white noise machine app on phone, and pillow over head. if you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you.
