Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong

Special thanks to Eddie (bell man), Brian (at reception) and Wen/Wan (housekeeping) for making our 4 nights stay here pleasant. I was in this hotel for a business trip and Eddie helped me every morning to call for taxi and was very helpful and polite. Bryan offered us early check in since there are available rooms and coins exchanges (for our public transport rides). Wen kept our room tidy and was amazing to attend to our requests, giving new towels, restocking, etc. Hotel lounge is great, well maintained hotel. Definitely recommend to come here. Location wise may a bit further from main shopping malls but there are trams nearby (cheap as chips) to carry you to the central (around 15-20min) All staff was super nice!! Kudos to the best hospitality service we’ve received compared to our stays in Singapore/Malaysia.

Bathroom tiles grouting is moldy, should maintain it properly

Very friendly staff always ready to help and advise which was very appreciated We could do a late check out. Room clean, comfortable with a nice view of the sea. Hotel well situated at 5 min by walk from MTR and just in front of a bus station to go to airport and to ICC. Good hotel to work with a comfortable desk to work in the room.

It is noisy and you get woken up by outside in the morning. Can hear the noise of cars, closed to the highway. Room quite dark which lacks luminosity. Price could be better.

Good location. Should use exit B3 from Sai Ying Pun, that will get you out at a Wellcome supermarket a few streets/blocks from the hotel. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Hotel staff are friendly and polite. Check-in was quick and without delay. Hotel were kind enough to allow for a slightly later check-out at no charge upon request. They also held our bags for us for 2 days and 1 night when we went to Macau, and also allowed us to use their ground floor washroom to change our clothes for our flight. There are 2 7-11s very nearby (next block), 2 good dimsum restaurants around the area, and 2 large supermarkets (Wellcome and another which name I have forgotten) with a smaller independent small business as well. Forgot to mention that our towels were replaced everyday even though we did not put them on the floor as instructed, which is a nice bonus to have clean towels everyday.

- The bathroom / toilet area was very large, which generally would be a good thing, but compared to the size of the room, I felt that the bathroom / toilet could definitely have been reduced in size for the actual sleeping area to be larger so that people can have more room to unpack. - Despite the number of lifts, during "peak" periods they would often take very long to come and even after coming, would be completely full and no one else can enter.

Fast checking in and out. Good service minded staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Wonderful harbor view. Located in a quiet and safe area. 7-11, convenient stores and coffee shops are nearby. Walkable distance to MTR and tram.

Quite pricey. The conditioner in my room was out of stock when checked in. Already informed the staff, but in the next day still hadn’t been refilled. Apart from this, nothing else to complain.

Staff assigned us a bayview room as we had wished, was absolutely great!!! Convenient location, even if a bit on the western end, with great connection to city & airport by public transport (tram, bus, MTR)

Really a minor point, it was a bit of too much Xmas music at the breakfast, everyday

Very helpful staff. Everyone is well versed in English too. Well-appointed rooms. Great view of the harbor. Accessibility to all kinds of transportation-buses, train, tram, taxi, so getting around is so easy.

Nothing so far. Stayed there twice already.

The food, especially lunch for 300 HKD. Breakfast for 110 HKD is good, too. The room is quiet, thoroughly designed and not that small that I'd expected in this city. The tram is right by the hotel. I am glad that we chose to pay a little bit more and stay here. The staff is really welcoming.

I liked the people at the reception very helpful and very polite they do their best to make you happy and the breakfast is very good all what I wanted is there definitely I will come back again my was 2606 one of the greatest view over the harbour. Look for mr. Max or chan I think his name

location was a little far from the mtr. A little pricy. wish I had a higher floor

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, offering great views of the sea. The service was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the added bonus of having JBL Bluetooth audio in each room.
