Everything! Very tidy. They even have an air filter in the room, the toilet the bed the room alll comfortable i like this hotel. If you purposely wanna visit disneyland and u dont want to stay at disneyland hotel, this is the best hotel you can get because it situated very near to the airport, you can just hop on the marriot shuttle bus to the hotel. And u can get free shuttle bus to the train station from the hotel every 30minutes. Its only take 30-40mins altogether from hotel to disneyland. Very easy. And came back by taxi only 300HKD from disneyland to hotel.

Exceptionally friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.

Their breakfast wasn’t great. They had plenty of options, beautiful fresh fruit but the cereal was gone off and the bread was stale. Some of the cook items looked like they had been reheated rather than cooked fresh. Not a major disappointment but for a top class hotel I was a little surprised

Breakfast choice was very good and fresh, and there was even a fresh omelette station cooked to order. Fresh warm pancakes and waffles on offer. Great choice of Chinese, continental and American style breakfast. The room was very spacious for Hong Kong. The bed was very comfy!! The room is well equipped with This Works toiletries, toothbrush kit, mouthwash, bathrobe and slippers. Went to Man Ho restaurant for dinner and tried the set menu which was very tasty, with an good range of Cantonese food on display. The service from staff is excellent - if you need something you can call the service centre who will help you with anything

Hotel lobby and bar a bit quiet but perhaps to be expected given the location is very close to the airport Not sure if this is specific to Hong Kong culture but the spa was single sex and the steam room, jacuzzi and and sauna were located in changing rooms. We were hoping to go as a couple but ended up having to solo spa! Swimming pool is mixed sex

The staff, especially Jose, are exceptional. We love the complimentary shuttle. It’s a big savings to go around the nearest train station or in the airport. Room space and bed is enough.

Our room was at the end. It would like about 3-5mins walk to go to our room. Hair Dryer was broken - almost. it’s not even working on 1-2. No usb ports or friendly adapters for foreigner given that it’s an international hotel company

Theres a lot of activities you could don in there. All facilities were good.

I booked the room for 4 person but the room only provide stuffs for 2 which is quite a waste of time to contact and wait for all things to be done.

1. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to the concierge for baggage storage to restaurant and lounge staff to shuttle bus drivers 2. Location is convenient for attending events at AsiaWorld Expo as there is a connecting walkway from the hotel entrance to the Expo 3. Both-way shuttle bus service between airport and hotel and between hotel and Tung Chung were nice value-adds

1. Location is far from the city centre and most attractions, so you should stay here only if you have plans in the area (good if you plan to go to AsiaWorld Expo, Disneyland or Tung Chung) 2. A little pricey during the festive period

The hotel is situated near Asia Expo. You can walk right from the main door there. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. The hotel provides their guests with a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station as well as to the airport every 30 minutes that is a very convenient service. Besides that, there are a lot of taxies. I had some hesitation about a noise caused by the planes taking off and the airport nearby, but the sound isolation was good.

They like air conditioning everywhere, so I finally caught a cold...You should take some warm clothes with you even if the temperature outside is hot. But, to be honest, it's not only the hotel likes air cooling, it's everywhere in public places of the sity: shops, restaurants, etc. Mind this fact when planning your trip.

We stayed on floor 11 and the view was great with ocean views and planes coming into the airport. Shuttle service was very convenient to use and a little difficult to find, long wait and no signage if taking from airport to hotel. Hotel is next to Asiaworld expo and need a 8-10 mins walk from hotel to train station. Airport Express train was comfortable and not crowded. Buffet breakfast was nice with huge variety. Room were huge and spacious and very clean.

The lounge access was not worth paying as there is not much food to take.

Proximity to the airport and Macau. Well kept. With indoor swimming pool and spa that has made a touchdown a nice one! The shuttle bus from airport is really a great plus(frequent and punctual) the concierge staff is very helpful to have picked up luggage promptly! The room is sparkling clean!

The swimming pool should be closed at 9pm . We arrived around 8pm and constantly reminded us to leave the pool at 8:45. The staff were eager to leave at 9 and bluntly told us to leave the shower room 9pm sharp, making us an unpleasant swimming and spa experience. One of the staff has been dressed up for departure right at 9 when we left.

Breakfast was a bit pricey. Unsympathetic staff regarding fiancé's emergency trip to hospital. Fiance booked a massage session in late afternoon, but in the early afternoon, she began to feel unwell due to her infected Eustachian tubes. Required an emergency visit to hospital for examination and meds. We had hoped that due to extenuating circumstances that the booking fee could be waived, but the staff stuck to the policy (which is understandable). In situations like these, we ask for sympathy and some understanding. At the very least, please don't be blunt and rude!
