I love the hotel itself. Design was very cool and modern. I like that the rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly. Location was just around the corner from the closest train station which was very convenient. The bed was very firm which I love and the blanket was extremely cozy.

Pillows were too soft to my liking. Also wished that shampoo and conditioner was two separate things and not a 2 in 1. Breakfast buffet also advertised bacon but the two days on our stay, none was served. Just minor details that would have gotten a 5 star rating from me. Would have also liked to see which rooms offered the ps4 so I could have booked that instead of being told that the room option I chose did not include that.

All the staff I met were friendly, I called the front desk several times to enquiry how to use the bathroom tap, they provided the instant help in person and make sure I understood how to use it correctly. It really helped! Also, I like the design of the room, plus the bed mattress was comfortable.

It was a bit dark to use the desk even with the desk lamp on, maybe one more lighting from above would be better. The pillows were way too soft compared to my home's, but actually I saw there was the other type of pillows available if needed.

The hotel isn’t too far away from a metro station. However, since there’s only one line connecting to it, taxis/buses might have to be your option to reach other areas in reasonable time. The hotel has an edgy design with dark tones and strong contrast everywhere, which I love. The room was spacious, clean. They were able to check us in ahead of time and gave us a room with a nice view of the city.

It’s hard to pick apart what I didn’t like about this place, I didn’t stay too long. There were just a lot of luggages kept behind the reception desks when I checked in that made the first impression a little cluttered and busy, but that’s barely an issue to our stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is excellent. The room is modern. MTR/bus is just around the corner. There is a tea house next to it. You can get a very reasonable meal over there. Also, the hotel promotes a "green" stay. They offer refill water so you don't pollute with all the water bottles during the stay.

In general a decent stay: Spacious rooms, close to the airport by taxi, not too pricey. Walkable distance to the rail station and the bus terminal. A nice mall close by for everything we need. Staff are very nice. I love the gym room.

Need to take a while to get to the downtown. The area can get a bit too quiet and dark at night. I am super sensitive to smell. The bed cover/pillows/blanket should be ok for most ppl, but for me they can use some deep cleaning.

Location is 5 minutes walk to mtr tuen mun station, there is a water dispenser near the lift and guests can get a free refill. Comfy beds and standard room is bigger than most.

No adaptor, you need to buy your own and they do not provide it for you, the light switch in the room is atrocious, you have to switch off the whole master switch since all lights are connected to the master switch, only bed light has a separate switch, fire sprinkler is really dusty…..
