We had quiet and comfortable stay, the room was clean, the hotel was conveniently located next to a light rail stop. It's also near the Wetland Park which is a fantastic place to visit!
We did spot one cockroach inside our room but it escaped and hid, otherwise the room was clean. I think the hotel restaurant will benefit greatly from providing vegan food options.

Good location and room was good and clean. Nice view from the view and easy access to transportation.
When I contacted the housekeeping service but no answer so had to call the front desk. I asked for additional pillow they sent me the quilt. Lack of language skill or not paying attention. For lunch it was only takeaway service.

Quiet location, good transport. Right opposite the Hong Kong Wetland Park, so convenient. Room was big, quiet with black out curtains, nice big shower. Very clean.
The Air conditioning was a little too cold and we couldn't put the heating on.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is close to the wetlands park, bike riding and walking tracks.
The walls were quite thin, as you could hear the people next door sometimes. However, this was rare.
