I like the reception staff, especially Marija Anhelika, who helped me find a good room with an incredible view of old town, very comfortable that made my stay for 2 weeks memorable. And other staffs who prepared flowers and dessert plate for me. The housekeeping is fantastic and kept my room clean and fresh, although out my stay. Great breakfast every morning, and the staff at Senso restaurant are hospitable and kind. The gym staff are very helpful and accommodating. I will be staying here again next year when I have my business trip in Estonia.

The room had large windows and the view of the old town and port was definitely worth the extra supplement. The room was quiet and we slept well. The hotel made a special gesture for my big Birthday which was very kind, unexpected and made my day.

The breakfast had a wide choice but some of the food items lacked flavour. Very limited selection of breads and crisp breads.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, towels and bed cloth was clean and good quality, fitness center was well equipped, good and fast elevator, a lot of mirrors inside room and in the corridors.

We expected the choice of breakfest food will be more ... Shower gel was bad, couldn't use it, no place in the hotel to clean shoes (especially taking in mind wet Baltic weather), in the room was no sewing kit, shoe spoon was absolutely unusable (very soft), ping - pong set at the second floor was horrible. Now about facilities anounced on the site Booking.com. There was information for standard room - the free access to the fitness room limited in time but swimming pool mentioned like available all the time for free. But staff explaned to us that swimming pool and fitness center is one complex and free time limit applays to swimming pool as well. So we could not use swimming pool after 11 o'clock for free. So we think Booking.com (Or may be Hotel) mislead us.

Absolutely loved the response time of the staff via Email regarding my requests. The hotel staff themselves did an excellent job preparing and executing the extra things i requested and i highly recommend this property for anyone who is planning to stay in Tallinn in the future. Highest marks possible in my opinion. I personally want to say thank you guys so much for making our valentines day a great one.

Maybe a little bigger Tv in the main bedroom. Its a bit small for the giant bed we had and a bit off center. But nothing that would stop me from renting the room again.

Unlike last time, the view from the hotel was not of the construction site, but of the already completed high-rise buildings. Although we were on a lower floor this time, the view was pleasant and there was no noise in the neighbourhood, nor on our floor. The four lifts were always on time. The room was spacious and clean enough, the beds comfortable. Good choice of TV channels. On the positive side, the room had a wine bottle opener. The old town and shops are reachable on foot.

Although there were four reception desks, the staff were not as efficient as they should have been, given the queues. Some seemed to lack experience in dealing more quickly with drunken customers who caused other guests to suffer (long waits for their turn). Breakfast not bad, although the constant pearls are getting tiresome, would have liked porridge made from oatmeal and some fish. Giving one small bar of soap, one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel per double room, i.e. per two guests, is too blatantly frugal and could be called disrespectful. Given that all guests have access to the pool and sauna, it would not be necessary to skimp on providing slippers in all rooms so that some guests do not have to wear their winter boots (if not bare feet) to get to the spa area.

Comfortable bed, stunning view from the 18th floor over other high buildings and the Club 26 was a huge selling point for me with a magical view of the old town. Took a swim and sauna both in the evening and morning with beautiful views. Liked how it was within a walking distance to the centre.

The pictures showed bath tub at the room but it was a shower. There are 4 elevators in a row with 2 outer elevators being blocked by a pillar each, you could add a display on each floor at the 1 elevator button to show where the elevator door will open so you don't miss it. That was a big issue for not only me and it could be fixed so easily.

First of all, I would like to thank Miss Roosi, and Mr. Robert Z for exceeding my and my two friends our expectations for letting us stay for few more hours after our check out as our flight was in the late evening. Kindly and proactively and professionally they checked their system , and allowed us to stay on for few hours more. Their customer service was " impeccable and acted in a very professional way. We are utterly grateful for their professional decision made as we could enjoy a little bit of the amazing facilities in the Radisson Blue Hotel Olumpia. We will highly recommend telling our friends this amazing hotel in Estonia as we have a huge number of friends to pay a visit in this lovely country, and recommend this outstanding Hotel in the nearly future. Thanks a big million again Miss Roosi and Robert Z. for their services, and thank you also the high management quality of work supervision at this hotel for their brilliant staff who looked after us efficiently and effectively. See you in the next travel to Estonia, and highly appreciated for your high standard of first class customer service.

• nicely decorated, beautiful, fresh • big, spacious room • beautiful view from room and swimming pool • good breakfast • soundproof walls. we couldn’t hear our friends who were staying next door, even when they were playing loud music • good air conditioning

• location is a bit off, but still walking distance to the heart of Tallinn • bathroom was dirty • gym equipments could be better • we didn’t understand the eyes-theme. it was creepy and weird to have picture of eyes glued on the wall and shower curtains

Loved the room on 20th floor, had amazing view of harbour and city. Also one of the nicest rooms I stayed in because the shape of it made it very spacious with mirrored wall and wood floor. Also loved espresso machine, such a nice touch. The bathroom was gleaming clean and housekeeping kept the place immaculate. I did not hear any noise from other guests. Also there is a lobby cafe which is useful for buying salad or pastries as I do not take the breakfast option.
