Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn

We were so tired when we arrived to Tallin. But once we entered to the hotel we felt so comfortable by its pleasant appearance, cleanliness and even the smell... Room was so clean and warm. We stayed 1 week. It has been cleaned everyday. Clean linen, towels, glasses etc. 🥰🥰 Room was so calm. No sounds. Beds were comfortable. Had a good breakfast with wide variety of foods. Receptionists are nice and kind. Close to most of the tourists attractions. Convenient , comfortable and great place. 😍 Feel bit sad to leave Tallin and Kreutzwald. 😔🖤🤍💙

Everything was great. Only one receptionist was not friendly with us. But it is not a big thing and didnt disturb to our stay.

Zen Deluxe room was good, plenty of space for a small family, the restaurant that works alongside the hotel offers astonishing top tier quality Italian pizzas, double air conditioning system powerful and easily adjustable.

Not really a complaint but a note. Probably as a part of the air conditioning system of the building there is somewhere a compressor that makes a low humming noise that could be heard in silence and could distract someone with a noise sensitiveness - the sound travels along the structures of the building - I don’t know the exact location of the source relative to our room location. I tend to sleep with plugs so this was not a problem at all, not to my wife either, and the toddler slept good :)

Great facilities for the price. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and had a lovely jacuzzi. Short walking distance to Kalamaja district, Toompea and Old Town. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. The value for the money is much better than in most of the Old Town hotels where you are basically paying for a (noisy) location.

There isn't much to see / do near the hotel. You will have to walk roughly ten minutes if you want to go shopping or have a drink. This wasn't a problem for us but it's worth noting because it might be for some. However, the hotel area is safe and I wouldn't worry walking even in the middle of the night.

Nice modern hotel in a quiet residential area on a main street going into the city center. Nice breakfast included, and a nice Italian restaurant (inside or outside) for dinner. Very comfortable bed. Zen spa rooms have a nice whirlpool feature. Other spa services available. The main street has a bus stop within steps from the front door, and many buses run by to the center on this or return on the parallel street. however, no road noise is heard when the windows are closed. Near to a museum, and a shopping center, with a few other restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes by "Bolt" (like Uber) or taxi to the center or to the Bus Station. About 15 minutes ride to the airport. We enjoyed our stay here.

Good price quality ratio. 50 euros per night including breakfast was good. Similar hotel in Helsinki would be 3 times that price Room was decent size and well equipped and clean. Hotel was not quite in the centre but in walking distance of the old town

It was basically fine. Only slight criticism was the breakfast bread selection could have been wider with more choice of cheeses and also some jams on offer. I did not like having a barking dog in the room next door. I prefer hotels that do not take pets. The Hotel could maybe inform guests of their dog policy. Not everyone likes dogs.

Rooms meet all conditions for a good sleep: they are soundproof, when the window is closed no sound comes from the otherwise noisy street, we heard no sound from the neighboring rooms. Mattresses and pillows (in two sizes) are perfect for a good sleep, the bed lamps are bright enough for reading before going to sleep, curtains are thick. The rooms and bathroom are clean, cups and glasses are provided as well as an electric kettle, tea and coffee. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. The staff is responsive and nice, both in the hotel and in the restaurant.

The door lock (automatic/card based) has sometimes personality issues: it simply did not always lock and one had to open/close the door many times and try it after few seconds. Nothing serious...

We had to stay in Kreutzwald for 2 weeks with our pets (cat and dog) and it was very nice experience. Spacious clean room, location is close to the old city. Cool breakfast, fast and stable internet. We had to work from there so it's essential. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

The elevator was a bit unstable, it was off for a day. And it's quite high - you need to get your luggage up the staircase and only then you can get inside the elevator. We had a very heavy bags so it was hard to do. It would be great to have a wide ramp is that case.

Amazing experience at the Kreutzwald hotel Tallinn. The staff was incredible and very helpful. Rooms were clean,big with confortables beds . The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of vegan Options. The Spa was very cleaned, beautiful organized and very easy to access. Definitely a good hotel to enjoy in Talllinn

Excellent hotel with amazing service. Very favorable location - 15 minutes walk to the Old City, 10 minutes to the airport. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Very important - the soundproofing of the rooms is at the highest level, since the hotel is located on a busy street - very quiet rooms.

The hotel was not far from centre, very nice place to stay. quite noisy if the window goes to the street, actually. But in general it was a very good service and the spa is excellent. The breakfast was also very good!

the pictures of our room was not quite the same as we got. we were little disappointed at the first. If we consider the price and the real room so it’s kind of very expensive. But in general everything was good, so I would not complain much.
