Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

Very clean, close proximity to shops and restaurants, excellent staff and service.

The technology in the rooms needs to be updated. TV systems are old and don’t let you stream from your own devices like some other hotels have. TV doesn’t have any apps such as YouTube for simple streaming, so you’re limited to what is on cable or to purchase something. Also, their stereo alarms are dated. They have a dock for iPhones from a long time ago, don’t have Bluetooth connection either. We were disappointed with the dates technology in the rooms.

Location was great as it’s very close to the bay, stores and restaurants. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The front stuff was friendly. We could park underground parking. The 25 m pool is great.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us extremely warmly and were so excited to see us. Upon discovering we were on a trip for our 20th anniversary, they upgraded our room to a full view for the pier!!!! It was absolutely gorgeous. The room was super comfortable and the area was amazing.

There was nothing that I can think of that this hotel could've done to make our stay better. This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff and amazing amenities. Our only regret is that we didn't have time to use the amazing amenities in this hotel.

location is amazing . many shops, restaurants and public transport nearby to downtown Vancouver. the pool and gym facilities are fabulous as well. the staff in pool area are nice and attentive . the sauna and steam room are added bonus .

the beds could be more comfortable and the sofa bead was really uncomfortable for adults . also shower heads water stream to weak. also staff in the lobby restaurant seemed frazzled on some of days and their service suffered somewhat.they forgot bring spoons to stir coffee , they also forgot to bring toast for one of the breakfast meals until asked . the rest of staff at front desk and room attendants were wonderful and pleasant.

I based out of this hotel before and after hip replacement day surgery at Lions Gate Hospital. This hotel is convenient to the hospital (5 minutes in a car) and we were able to park near the elevator post surgery which was helpful. I booked a room with two beds, there was a small fridge with a freezer so ice packs stayed frozen. The bed was a good height for post surgery access and it was very comfortable. A good experience in all.

I wish there were USB plugs in the room either in the walls or lamps, there was an old school alarm lock with the old charge port for early iPhones which wasn't any help so we had to use the TV USB to charge phones which was inconvenient and annoying.

Excellent location, especially for Friday night market and live music. Spacious room. Good restaurant. Swimming pool and sun terrace were a bonus.

Booked for 3 adults in king studio but room only made up for two. Quickly rectified by housekeeping. Sofa bed made up. Extra cup and glass given but was removed again for second day. Instructions for microwave would have been helpful. A few hooks and shelves in the bathroom would be good. Parking expensive.

took few minutes to walk to/from Sea Bus and grab a day pass and you can travel all over! Only a 5-7 places to eat close by and very busy and not great food choices… loud on Friday night with street market and bands.. but nice for something to do. nothing opens early. great pool, hot tub and deck for sun tanning and relaxing after a long day on the go!

Loved this hotel. Spacious and very clean room with very comfy beds. Great pool and gym facilities. Good location with plenty good places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Close to the seabus for getting around. Food and drink in the restaurant really good. Excellent, friendly service from every staff member we came into contact with. Would definitely recommend!

There was really nothing. We are regular travellers and this place really got the things that matter right.

Great views if you get the harbour view. Worth paying for the view of the city and harbour. Swimming pool is 25 metres long with 5 lanes so great to swim in. Just check if the local swim club will be the pool when you want to swim.

View with patio is perfect, esp with sunny weather. Staff is kind and accessible, even the front desk. Room so comfortable and bathroom set up so you can see the view from the shower. Pool has lanes so you don't have to dodge playing kiddos. Quiet and peaceful on the 7th floor. Excellent staycation, and i will be back.

Parking was expensive but you can go in and out and it goes to 6 pm on check out day, so it was actually worth it. Change room for pool and gym could do with an update, but faciilties were otherwise well maintained.
