Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel

Good location for us - walking distance to the harbour and easy to get to the park and the rest of downtown to meet friends and shop. Comfy beds and excellent room service food. The staff on site were very helpful and professional.

It was packed - too many people for just coming out of lockdown (I think I contracted Covid while there - I tested positive after coughing all the way back to the UK). I also booked through Booking.com and was then told I couldn't retrieve my Marriot Bonvoy points which did annoy me - I had not realised otherwise I would have booked directly with Marriot. The Parking was $40 per day with Marriott - there are several car parks either opposite or further up the road for about $12 per day.

Great location, right downtown and close to Canada Place. We jogged to Stanley Park. Walking distance to Robson Street. They provide bottled water at the front desk, free of charge

You'll pay for the excellent location; in addition to the room rate there are nightly parking fees. Breakfast is not included so we just walked to Tim Horton's

The hotel is within walking distance of shop, the water front and Stanley Park. Very convenient for the cruise terminal

The cups in the room for tea and coffee were disposable and the room service meal was in a disposable box with plastic cutlery

The hotel is located in a very good location, walking distance from the harbour, seeawall and downtown. We had a higher floor room with water view which was amazing! Getting access to executive lounge for breakfast and evening snack worth the prices. The hotel was clean; staff were kind and polite.

The executive lounge was small and at the time of breakfast, it was difficult to get a free table.

The room was very clean. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up. The shower pressure was nice and strong, I loved it. Stayed on the 30th floor so the view was nice, got mostly the city view and some harbour view. Check in was nice and efficient

Initially when I booked this room, it had said in the descriptions that it was a panoramic view of the harbour which was a free upgrade but I didn't think that was true. Mainly got the city view and a bit of the harbour, wasn't anything like the photos advertised

Had requested an early check in because was coming off a cruise with my 85 y/o mother whom I knew would be exhausted. Even though the hotel clerk said the room was vacated but not clean at 10 am, we still didn’t get in the room until after 3.

When we arrived, we were very tired, and I had made the réservation for the wrong date. Mathias was very understanding, behond understanding, and he accommodated us. Very kind and very attentive to our needs. The same for the concierge Kyle. He gave us bottles of water, and sent us a little refreshment to our room. Although we are clients like every clients, we felt privileged.

Nothing. Everything was to our expectations.

The location is fantastic. Restaurants, walk to everywhere and the restaurant in hotel has excellent food. if your flying in, go outside terminal and walk to the train which is fast, pleasant and drops you off two blocks from this centrally located hotel.

I noticed that the bellhops were so gracious. Some of the front desk guys less so. They were ok, not just as attentive or helpful as I would have expected at a hotel this expensive. concierges were helpful. please put bottled water in room.

Really nice place, location for the price that was paid. The pool is really good with a very nice hot tub. Hotel employees were very cordial. In the end, I think this was the best location in my entire road trip.

Having to schedule swimming pool time because of COVID-19 was a bit complicated and sometimes all times were already taken. So if I'm doing lots of stuff and only staying a few days, at the end of the day you would like a hot tube to relax and we were not able to enjoy every day. I tried to have breakfast but the employees at the restaurant were talking and didn't bother helping us. So we left and had in another place.

Perfect location

Some of the staff are not very friendly. Since my stay was for a long period of time (12 days), I requested that I do not need house keeping everyday. However, the hotel staff was rude and told me that it’s very confusing and hard to keep track when they missed a day. I had a hard time requesting for house keeping for one day and they made me feel really guilty for requesting it.
