Staff were nice. good price. comfortable bed but only one pillow. walking distance from train station. can get hair dryer for the room. was able to check in early which was great. Room size was fine for 3 people for 2 nights with small luggage.

AC wasn’t cool enough, room felt too warm! When walking back from train station/bus at night there were no street lights on, it felt very unsafe. The glass door on the shower could be more frosted haha!

The room was comfortable and clean. We were given everything we needed to wash ourselves, towels as well! There was an air-conditioning system. The staff was very nice, waited for us and helped us when we had some troubles. There are many shops and restaurants around it.

The place is a bit far from the city centre and it's not very easy to reach with public transport. There were only two plugs even though the room was for three people.

The hotel staff is very friendly offering us details about things to visit in Brussels and also telling us what transportation means to use. The parking in the yard was ok and we had access using a special ticket we received from the reception desk.

The rooms themselves seemed small compared to other Ibis rooms we used in past trips and relatively old.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but at the price of $9 is okay pillow and bed comfortable expect a tiny space with just enough stuff for an overnight stay

parking was not free paid $10 but if you become a member, you pay $5 banging and loud noises can be heard for a while Google can't find the hotel, we had a hard time and going in circles towel not thick enough

the cost we wanted a no frills hotel that wouldn't break the bank for just the one night that we were going be there and this room was great in that it was walkable to the train station.

It was noisy outside our room which is no fault of the hotel and the front desk clerk seemed very confused when we arrived for checkin, telling us our door key would not work while she was still at the front desk. Which why she didn't fix it then was a question we both had. Instead she took us up to our room and said we would have to come back down later to get a new key.

+ staff was very complying, smiling, friendly and very helpful + loved the breakfast + close to stores, gasstations and pharmacy + option to buy pizzas, snacks and beverages late was

- the room had a smell of old smoke. Lack of washing walls/roof? - The bunkbed didnt have the linens properly on the bed. - lack of chargers/parkingspots for electric cars.

I live in Brussels, and as I was not able to sleep in my place for a few days, I was looking for good value hotels. This one fits the bill and is located right next to the motorway and the Ruisbroek train station where a train takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes.

The front desk can get clogged, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for the check-in.

The hotel has a very good value / price ratio. The room and lobby are clean, the staff is always ready to help. The bed was comfortable. Separate shower and toilet.

Wish the room had a small fridge and / or a teapot. The room has two electricity outlets, but none are next to the bed (one is by the mirror and the other by the TV in the corner).

The rooms were really nice and comfortable. They were small but it was perfect for a few days. The breakfast was rich and tasty, we had an opportunity to warm food in the micro-wave.

At first, we didn't know that the tapwater is not potable, however, after realising it, we could fill our bottles in the dining room.

I liked the cleanliness and the simple environment. The staff was very nice, rhe breakfast was diverse and delicious.

The rooms were missing some basic equipment like toilet brush and we could have used another piece of blanket.
