NH Hotel Stephanie

The hotel has excellent location between two metro stations - Louise and Munthof from which Gare du Midi is easily accessible hence the airport at Zaventem and other cities in Belgium and Europe. There are bus and tram connections to the center and other regions in Brussels. The breakfast was quite good and always in plenty. The personal was kind and allowed us to leave our luggage before departing to the airport.

I got surprised that my credit card was authorized in advance few days before our stay, because the deal was to "pay at the property", but with Booking.com's help the issue was quickly resolved.

Location of the hotel was perfect for wandering around Brussels and right in the heart of the city, restaurants and shopping but tucked down a side street. Very clean and the room was large with a Juliet style balcony / large window you could open. (I hate air conditioning!) We had a queen size bed, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English and the breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold options. Wifi connection was excellent and our room was cleaned everyday. Good shower pressure too! For a city break, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

They ran out of breakfast tea!!!!!! (sacre bleu!!!! laughs!) so I had to drink Earl Grey. Hotel - sort the tea out!!!!!

My expectations were definitely exceeded. Best point of my stay is the receptionist. She really helped me a lot. She helped me every step of the way with my issues. Also, the bedroom is very beautiful and the bed is comfortable. TV works really with decent quality. Good location also. RESPECTFUL & HELPFUL RECEPTIONIST!

The bathroom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. The dust is visible on quite a lot of places in the bathroom. The bath enclosure/wall needs to be looked at too. The corrosion is visible to the naked eyes and it is not a beautiful sight for the clients. Also, you have to pay for a good relying fast WiFi. I paid to spent a night at an hotel, not a cyber cafe.

Really good location, you can walk pretty much everywhere. You have a good variety of places for lunch/dinner and there´s a couple of supermarkets around and a couple of cafés for breakfast. Beds were super comfy and staff super nice. The hotel is not in a main road so perfect for having a good rest at night.

We didn´t have breakfast, I think was a bit pricey. Actually something I didn´t like is that the price for the breakfast the night before was cheaper than in the morning. Makes no sense having 2 prices for the breakfast, it shoul be something fixed, doesn´t matter when you book it.

The room was massive, clean and with great finishes. The location of the hotel was great, quick access to stations, and to the shopping district of Brussels make this Hotel the perfect spot for a city-break.

The one thing that I would point out was the bathroom door, which was glass. It was glazed in an odd stripe pattern which would effectively allow anyone in the room lobby to hear and see the person inside the bathroom, perhaps not the best for people who not 100% comfortable around each other.

Our rooms were generally okay as our two daughters like their rooms as well. The location was great easy access to most areas even on foot. A great location indeed.

There was a bit of noise just outside of the building on Saturday evening. I would imagine this might be only unique for Saturday night and the Saturday fever :). The breakfast was generally okay except that most of it was bacon. Thank God there was at least a bowl containing some chicken sauce sages what about those that don't eat bacon

there was a middle age guy in the mornings at the reception. he was so helpful & friendly. He showed us the tourist places on the map and gave us recommended restaurants in the tourist places areas and they were great. He checked the opening hours for us on the website & helped us as a tour guide. We sure would consider going back to the NH Stephanie Hotel on our next visit to Brussels.

Friendly reception, friendly staf in general. Very comfortable room on the sixth floor.

Although the cleaning staff are doing a great, important and unmissable job, I would suggest cleaning the top of the drawers now and then. Use steps or a chair to look what is on top of the drawers. (especially in room 605 as I lost some things from the open pocket in my bag that I put on top of the drawer. ;-)

Cleaned every day. Tea making facilities.

Should have a few extras eg. Water supplied daily.ie a bottle per person staying in room. Should have hard copy info available in room or should be informed about app at check-in. I didn't see message re same until check-in out day. Should have a chocolate in room for each person staying in room.

I liked the facilities. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great with different options. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I travelled for work, so the location was convenient for me but might be far if you want to go to the city centre every day.

WiFi was quite slow.
