Hotel Made In Louise

We found our room clean, light and bright with everything provided. The location was very convenient for sightseeing and public transport. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and set in a nice bright room. The bar was convenient for tea/coffees and wine, beers and snacks. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Everything was in good working order and looked well maintained.

The room was very warm and didn't seem to cool down very quickly when the temperature control was adjusted. It was OK though as we slept with the window open instead.

Our stay at made in Louise was great. The room was spacious, clean, the staff at the reception very helpful. We got complimentary free transfer from Chaarleroi Airport which was great. Breakfast was good and had a lot of healthy options. Free coffee, water and tea at any time is a nice plus. The area around the hotel is very nice with lots of restaurants, coffee places and bars. We will definitely come back

I loved the how the common spaces were maximized to encourage meeting with others. I appreciated the self serve options and the eco friendly touches as well as being able to bring in your own food and drink along with what was offered. Outstanding staff who really wanted to please.

Very cozy hotel with great staff. Close to the city center and located at the quiet street at the same time. Breakfast was really good as well. There is a good local shop with a decent beer selection in the lobby.

A great little hotel within the city centre but on a quiet street. Friendly, accommodating staff. There were free pastries on offer every day and freshly baked sweet treats at night which we thought was such a lovely homely touch alongside the free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. The hotel was very clean, smelt great, Clarins products in the rooms, tv’s had Netflix, and it was nice to be able to open up the windows for fresh air!

Thin walls so we could hear the neighbouring room occupants till the very early hours of the morning, could also hear them using the shower/bath around this time. This affected our sleep, but it’s more the fault of inconsiderate/loud guests and not the hotel

It is like visiting the beautfiul renovated city house of friends; friendly service, delicious, fresh breakfast, cosy beds.

Our stay was perfect start to finish. We had requested an early check in and the staff made sure our room was ready upon arrival. The young woman who checked us in and everyone we encountered at the receiption desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and smelled lovely, too! The room we had was large and the bed extremely comfortable. I had a great night's sleep there. Plus, we were so happy the room came with a bathtub. The add-on breakfast was also well worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Brussels and I wish we could have stayed longer!

While our room was big and comfortable, the decor was a little plain and dated compared to photos I had seen online which made it look a bit more stylish. The decor in the common areas was much nicer, too. It was also a huge room with only one chair. Given two people would normally stay in it, another chair would make sense! These are small things overall but worth considering when it's time to make any refurbishments.

A really beautiful and rare hotel! A gem! An exceptionally beautiful architecture and tasteful, but also practical furnishings of the rooms. Staff professional, friendly and courteous! The courtyard with its plants, flowers and trees immediately catches the eye and invites you to linger! Excellent equipment and accessories (especially in the bathroom quality products) are available and the nice and imaginative hospitality in the "Market", water and coffee free of charge, wine, beer and snacks at fair prices, available at any time, invite you to a short break or a chat with friends. The friendly ladies at the reception and in the breakfast room, bright and friendly furnished, make, besides the rich offer of sweet and salty, the great flair of Made in Louise complete! Fantastic location and accurate cleanlineasse.

I would have liked to stay longer !

Situated in a quiet side street the property is very well appointed. The ability to open the window and let in fresh air was fantastic - no need for aircon! The location meant that it was deathly quiet at night and dark too! it was the perfect find. The room didn’t have tea and coffee facilities but there was a lovely space downstairs where you could help yourself to these. Along with a water machine which provided both still and sparkling water. In the room there was access to a variety of TV channels including Netflix!

Very much pleasantly surprised with this hotel, from the welcoming and very helpful staff to the good night's sleep and the lovely breakfast, it surpassed any expectations I may have had. The room was small with an open bathroom, and yet I never felt cramped or bothered by the layout. The room was simply but tastefully decorated, with a clean holiday vibe and a lot of natural light, the bed comfortable and the cleanliness up to par. The toilet in a sort of enclosed space was interesting :) but again for some reason was not bothersome. There is just a lot of thought behind the efficient layout. A very neat and original snack bar, with nice beers, organic snacks, delicious chocolate, and free sparkling/filter water. The breakfast was sufficiently varied and fresh, and the breakfast staff very efficient. The common areas' decor is so clean and cute, cozy and intimate, I really felt the true essence of a boutique hotel. Will definitely return when I travel back to Brussels.
