the hotel is nice. For its price it is a good deal and the area, even if it is a high traffic area, is close to several monuments and visiting points. It is a good place to stay and know the city. But...AND THIS IS IMPORTANT... they lock 50€ fee per night. This means, that for a 4 night stay, they lock the total amount of the stay + 200€, what is almost double the actual price. They return this fee after you leave, but still, be aware of this if you are travelling in a low-medium budget, because to me it was an important show-stopper.

We liked the location of the property as it was near a nice shopping street. However, it did require public transport/taxi to get to the main city centre/Grand Place area. The hotel was really nice with great facilities such as a gym and bar which served a wide variety of drinks and food. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel however we did not try this. The hotel staff made the stay even more special. Always available to answer any questions or help with anything. The rooms were also very comfortable and housekeeping was done each day. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at the Moxy in Brussels.

The hotel is chic and vibrant, the lobby is fun and beautifly designed, the breakfast was vast and tasty, great coffee, juices and more. The staff was very friendly, smily and always helped when needed. The location is great, 10 min. Walk from city center, close to the Metro, bus and tram, lots of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. The room was super clean and got tidy early every day. The room is well lit. Big screen TV with chrome connectivity to phone. The water preassure in the shower was great and water was nice and hot.

The bed wasn't very cormfortable, the matress and the pillows weren't comfy and even made our neck and back ache. There is a movement sensor for night light under the bed and although we asked to disable it after a sleeples night, they indeed covered the sensors but it continued to light up with our movement in the bed and the light got on and off all the nights. Take some eye cover. The room is a bit on the small size and there is no clossette, no safe, no mini bar and no coffee or kettle. All in all it was a good VFM.

This is a nice and clean hotel with a cool vibe. I liked the breakfast, and the variety of choices were acceptable. I recommend this hotel to those who travel to Brussels.

This is not actually a minus and it's just a matter of personal preference. I didn't like the bed that much, because I prefer to sleep under a single duvet as it's easier to adjust and there will be no fighting with your partner in the midnight :-). I know having separate duvets on a double bed is mostly common in Northern Europe, not sure about Belgium.

The hotel is situated 20mins walk from the main city but it’s very close to the shopping area and also to metro & train stations. Taxi from the airport cost around 60€ but the train is cheaper with a 15mins walk to the hotels The rooms are cleaned everyday and it’s very modern . All facilities are provided which is excellent! Also the main area is fantastic to grab a drink or soak in the atmosphere. Board games are also provided for entertainment which is a plus! Lastly , the staff are amazing and very helpful. always ready to answer any questions and check in is easy !

The only thing I didn’t like was not having a ventilation fan in the bathrooms in the room!

Great location, service, and fresh and modern design of the rooms.

The hotel didn't respond to several emails sent to two different emails provided to me.

It has easy access to public transport or walking distance so main attractions. The restaurant has good food, close to stores and shopping area and bars. The place is modern, clean and friendly staff.

Just for light sleepers this might something to be aware off. During the weekend due to the location there might be noise from outside during late hours of the night, this is totally out of the control of the hotel , therefore it is more about choosing the right location for your sleeping pattern. I still enjoyed my stay regardless..

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Brussels on foot. The breakfast was amazing each time I had it, especially in terms of healthy options like fruit, ginger detox juice and muesli. The rooms are incredibly clean and well-organised to cater for not being very spacious. The hotel also has tons of amenities to cater for any need that might pop up.

Like other Moxy Hotels, the vibe is minimalist, aloof and trendy which can be quite unwelcoming: nonetheless, a wonderful stay in a wonderful city! The receptionists can reflect the vibe a bit and are not extremely friend but definitely not rude either. The cleaning staff and janitors are however incredibly friendly and generous.

We had already stayed at Moxy Utrecht on our road trip and this one is very similar. The room was slightly smaller, but with all the amenities, the same quality details (in materials and lighting) and everything needed for a great family rest. The breakfast was good and complete, the common spaces very well decorated and welcoming, a hotel in general very complete and welcoming.

It is not a defect, but the Hotel is not very close to the center of Brussels, so you still have to walk a little to the Center, otherwise everything is perfect.

If you are going shopping in Brussels, this hotel is ideally located, an arm stretch from shopping area. The room is very clean, bed is comfy, white linen, shower is spacious, soft towels. A BePark is just around the corner. The room is small but pleasant / functional. Hotel interior decorators even thought about leaving a little light in the room / bathroom which comes in handy for the little midnight emergencies :). Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

The hotel is very basic (though you do have soap and hair dryer in the bathroom) but no wardrobe, no fridge and no safe. We disliked the carpet in the room (my hubby is allergic). Our pillows were hard as a rock. We were told at reception they only had one type. To our surprise, we got a set of softer pillows that night.
