First of all, I would like to thank Marion, Sebastiano and Deenesh for their warm welcome and excellent quality of service. They have met all my expectations. I have been provided a very quiet room due to my tinnitus related issue (hypersensitivity to noises). Hotel very well located, next to the Louise avenue and very close to the downtown. Intelligent connected rooms, A/C and different ambient lights controlled from one Single device available in the room as well as in the bathroom. Modern bathroom with shower that can be activated quickly thanks to a push button. Amazing Spa including hamam, sauna, swimming pool and massage centre. Cozy and confortable bar available till very late. Excellent address for business trips or holidays.

Television channels not well set up and TV connectivity poor in some rooms. Otherwise, no issue at all.

This Hotel is a great place! the personal are all so friendly, light minded and smiling. they have a great spa with both sauna and steam bath, and an awesome massage opportunity. make sure also to check if the hotel (owners of the hotel) have arranged an exhibition... they are art interested and are using the lobby / bar / restaurant for intimate art exhibitions where you can meet the artist. im definitely coming back to this place when Im visiting Bruxelles for pleasure.

The location is excellent, we felt very central, safe and in a beautiful neighbourhood. The hotel is nice and has a small spa facilities.

We booked a room for three adults and the third bed was a sofa, not even a sofa bed, thus it was not comfortable. The spa had to be paid separately, however we received it free of charge as a compensation for not having a normal third bed. It is not acceptable to have the spa paid extra as a guest in a hotel which is advertised as a hotel with a spa.

Easy to access using public transport. Quiet street in the middle of the Brussels, all attractions are ~20 min by foot. Staff was polite and positive. I forgot my camera when checking out, and the manager went up to the room to check if everything is okay and returned with the camera. The building is quite new and touch screen panels to control the AC/Lights? wow

35 eur / per person / per day for spa.. I booked this hotel because it has pool, it wasn't mentioned ANYWHERE that you need to pay on top.. There were hotels in the same category which were almost twice cheaper, with the difference they don't have a pool...

It is a lovely hotel. Room size was smaller then expected but it was enough for our needs. We have booked extra spa service (full body massage) and it was divine. We have also used pool facilities which were great, especially that their was barely any people in it. Breakfast was OK, simple but everything was fresh and it was enough for us. Hotel is located about 15 min walk down the hill to the city center which was manageable. I would def recommend this hotel for a stay in Brussels.

Cozy, Boutique hotel with good interior in lobby and the room. Loved the modern devices in bathroom and cozy small balcony.

We have ordered Taxi in the evening before the morning at the reception to the airport. At the time Taxi wasn’t there, personnel didn’t take any effort, we were left on our own, so finally managed to catch Bolt after 35min waitting… good that we reached airport before boarding completed, but ir was really stressy.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a fancy room with modern interior and a beautiful open bathroom with bathtub. Nice mood lighting and toiletries from L’Occitane. Quiet room in a calm area. Walking distance to metro and tram stations and a shopping street. Friendly and helpful staff.

The smart control hub for the room didn’t work very well and the AC was not quite strong enough to cool down the big room. The coffee machine only made very small amounts of coffee (not espresso). I would have loved some body lotion! Breakfast was too expensive so I didn’t get it. A bit pricey overall but worth it since I was upgraded.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. The location is very convenient for shops, public transport and the city centre. The decor combined the origins of the building with modern convenience very well.

The 'ambient' lighting in the bedroom. It is very fashionable, but I am of an age when I need brighter lights - if only to put on my make-up!

A human-scale little gem that is still quite affordable, in one of the most sought-after lifestyle and classy/trendy boutique shopping areas of Brussels - with plenty of good places to enjoy local and world cuisine or to simple have a coffee or a bagel in some of the capital's coolest meeting, reading, chatting and working spots. As for the hotel architecture and atmosphere: I liked much the elegance of the color palette and the pleasing mix between Belgian Art Deco and New World NYC urban style, with arty and more hip/contemporary touches everywhere - and the high ceilings in the reception spaces, as the hotel is hosted in an imposing former bourgeois townhouse having been totally renovated and restyled - hence the pleasing classical facade and the old-style entrance portique. First: really important hosting criteria are very well met: beautiful, calm and well-lit (centralized dim+ night light functions) or well-darkened rooms with thick window curtains, very comfortable beds with smooth natural linen and pristine bathroom amenities - such things one overlooks or takes for granted, but that ensure your nights are reparative and that leisure or working days are loaded with energy. A big big + for the friendliness, diligence and helpfulness of all staff, a hello to the cool, socializing barmen and bar-women in their bar&breakfast lounge with glass ceiling: for a gush of skylight at dawn (and for your tea/coffee+looking-busy-staring-at-your-mobile-phone sessions along the day). Another great + : a privative Spa area offering - again affordable - expert and smiling massage on demand. Finally: I recommend the delicious home-made breakfast buffet where every gift of nature feels and tastes as good as at home or as at the bio farm: bio honey still in its combs, artisanal jams and breads, fresh-pressed juices, smoked salmon bits, fresh Macha or fruit-flavored water, the regular eggs and fried bacon spiced-up with tasty herbs...

Having a bite outside the breakfast hours is not yet catered for (but the staff is helpful and creative in case of a screaming stomach) - and a tea/coffee+pastries moment in the afternoon for example, would be a plus to enjoy better that cosy daylight lounge the hotel offers.
