It was perfect for us as we were over from the UK as our son was critically ill in ICU in the hospital opposite so it was very convenient.. He is now staying with us as he recovers from having meningitis. The staff are all so friendly and helpful particularly when our daughter first arrived from the UK on her own. The apartment is cleaned once a week. It has a washing machine and dryer and a dishwasher and lovely comfortable beds. Also a great shower It also has good access to Brisbane as the buses stop at the hospital..

The sofa is very uncomfortable, maybe because we are a tall family and it's low and the sound on the TV was difficult to control. It's quite noisy but then it's also opposite a major hospital with a Heli pad. It's quieter with the windows shut. It's quite a long walk for groceries if you are staying for awhile like we are but some stores will deliver at a price.

We needed accommodation that was close to the hospital, annexe apartments was less then a 5 minute walk which was fantastic. All clean and comfortable. Friendly staff that helped to explain the car lift for us which was not an issue parking our 4wd.

We were lucky as we had the 9th floor and for us we had minimal traffic noise, but i feel if you were on the lower levels you would definitely hear some traffic noises at night especially overlooking the hospital. Also as we looked over the hospital there a fair bit of light that comes in even though the blinds were down. Struggled for dinner options as there are not many restaurants close by, walked into king street on monday night and there were only 3 food places open. We made good friends with uber eats.

This place is convenient with a capital C if you have a family member in the RBWH. The hospital is a brief walk across the road and there is a major bus station adjacent to the hospital, so public transport is close.

The car park is now charged and must be booked in advance, the charge bit is not included in the booking.com listing. There are two chair lifts, front and rear for disabled guests. The front one was broken for the whole visit and the rear one was broken as I checked out. Of the 2 internal lifts, one was broken down on check out. There are crude patches stuck on the corridor ceilings. I think that this shows that this complex is showing it's age, not shabby by any means, but not pristine either. The car lift is exciting, like a theme park ride and not user friendly at all. Would I visit again, what do the real estate agents say, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !

I liked that it was within walking distance to the venue we needed to get to (The Tivoli), I liked that it was secure and felt safe. It was clean and all facilities worked well. The staff member that helped us check in and out was lovely, explained everything really well, especially when it came to the car lift which the kids loved using. Beds were comfy and felt super clean and crisp.

There wasn't really anything we disliked. If i had to really nit pick i'd say the couch wasn't too comfortable and the car park is a little small with more 'reserved' spots than free ones.

I love the space we have in this hotel apartment design. We love that we got two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We love the fact that we can cook and have our own washing machine and dryer. We can wash anytime we want. The location is pretty good and not too far from shops. Walking distance from Hospital especially if you have appointments in RBWH... it is just a minute walk.

As what I have read there could be charges for asking to clean the room if it is within the 7 days of stay. Once a week cleaning is not enough if I will be staying for 7 days. Apart from that everything is good

Great location to hospitals. Quiet. Clean. Well stocked

Unable to lock door from inside with key or some other way to prevent kids from opening door and getting out. Windows was unable to be locked, and there was no security screen so kids could open the window and climb out. Both issues are safety concerns, particularly for special needs children who are physically active and capable but cognitively unable to understand dangerous situations.

It was clean spacious. The car lift was cool. First time I've ever experienced that.

I didn't like the fact there was only one 3 seater lounge. We had a double room 4adults so sitting down to enjoy some tele and we had to take turns sitting on the lounge. Also the TV could be a little bigger. There wasn't any spare blankets. It was a chilly night and luckily I had brought my own throw ons to use but for travellers who wouldn't dont carry blankets would have probably struggled through the night.

A beautiful apartment. My children and I loved it.

Unfortunately, one of the beds had a piss stain which could still be smelt through the sheets. My two eldest daughters had to take off the sheets and turn the mattress upside down to be able to cover the smell. They then covered the mattress with the 2 blankets found in the apartment. This was reported to the staff member on day of check out. We did not complain about it until then.

The location was perfect for visiting the RBWH. Staying on the top floor we found the noise from the traffic and ambulances wasn't too bad. The reception person was very friendly and helpful.

Wasn't expecting a car lift for on-site parking, it was very awkward to drive a larger car in such a small car park. There was an air-con in the lounge room but only a ceiling fan in the bedroom so it was slightly stuffy. Despite this we would still visit the apartments again.

Annexe Apartments are really central to everything including King Street restaurants

The apartments are a bit tired looking and in need of some TLC. The carpets in the hallways were stained and the walls were covered in plaster patches that hadn't been painted. Having said that, the rooms themselves were really clean. The rooms that face the busy highway are also very noisy despite appearing to be double glazed.
