The room was beautifully furnished, new and very clean. I'm surprised there's a check-in gift. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 3 minutes to walk to the Valley Metro Station.There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. When I park my car, the staff is very happy to help me find my parking space. The infinity pool and spa are astonishing.There is a very big balcony on the roof, our family enjoyed an amazing view of Brisbane city.I noticed there are some Barbecue facilities and leisure tables and chairs here. Maybe next time, we can try a barbecue party. The mattress in the master bedroom was firm enough for my lower back pain, and the staff kindly added a softer mattress to the other bed for my child.

being slugged for $25 for an overnight parking charge, put a very bad taste into my mouth as to question whether I should book again.

Great position if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the valley. Friendly, helpful staff.

It was pleasant to stay at the building. Thanks for the friendly staff helping us for our first travel to the city. We'd love to come back again.

It would be better if there is a restaurant in the building.

unfortunately I left a toiletry bag behind with my daughters medication in it and a couple of other things. I had a week left in australia (different parts of australia) but trying to get them to courier it to me at my expense was too hard as they couldn't buy a courier bag on my behalf apparently. I was surprised by this as I would think people often mistakenly leave things behind. travelling with an infant is particularly stressful!

Lovely rooftop area for a chill time with friends. The room was wonderfully clean on arrival, and the staff stored our bags until it was time to check-in (about 5 hours later than our arrival in Brisbane). We simply used Kooii as a launching pad for our time in the city and it catered for everything we needed. Would recommend if we were coming back to Brisbane any time in the future.

The couch in the reception area was wobbly, but that had no impact on my enjoyment of the Kooii Apartments but it may be worth getting a couch that sits flat on the floor.

A very cute location. Walking distance to plenty of great coffee shops, cafes and retail stores. Major supermarket very close by too. The surrounding nightlife is also great with a fun pub across the road. Our apartment was lovely and perfect for a family with two teenagers. Would stay here again.

The pillows were too big (thick and chunky) we all found them uncomfortable. Need more floor towels as both showers leaked plenty of excess water across bathroom floors from underneath

Heated spa was fabulous and very quiet when I went. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I had everything that I needed for a great stay. I had actually thought that I'd booked until the Monday and the staff were extremely accommodating when I needed to stay late to pack bags etc.

Had several small issues accessing the pool area. Also, the sauna didn't seem to work. The key was also sticky when trying to open my apartment room (this was not a problem with room 1507 which was the room I booked into the week before).

The location was perfect and had parking. It was a good layout and had great views of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The mattress was too firm and had to ask for extra pillow cases. The aircon did not work properly even though the staff came up to set it for us. There was also a dirty plate in the cupboard and no sharp (cutting) knife. These were only little things but would have made a big difference to our stay.

Lack of instructions for hvac controls. Only two towels for a 6 night stay. Lacked basic items that we are a custom to. Like salt and pepper laundry soap. Also check in instructions never were sent out. Needed to call to find out how to check in.
