The location, booking process, and communication was excellent.

There was a little confusion with finding the parking. Also, a little more info about the facilities would've been nice, i.e., pool opening & closing times, where to find the filtered water station. The pillows provided were very high and firm, which I personally found was not very comfortable.

Location was great if wanting to spend time at Howard Street Wharf. Staff were lovely. And great dealing with annoying guests. Super easy parking situation with secure car parking. (Can access via lift). $35 entry & exit, for the city this is great deal. Pool is heated. Lovely views. Was a very welcomed and nice surprise to be upgrade to river master room. I surprised with large size of room and having a balcony. Thank you reception team.

Would be handy to have a luggage stand in the room. Tv in room was an awkward design. The only reason tv was turned on though was because of the soccer world cup.

Great rooms and the bed was comfortable. The location on the wharf was great for walks along the river and good food and drink options nearby. Also very close to the ferry for trips into Southbank and the CBD. We were granted free late check-out due to late room availability and check in issues.

We arrived to check in to be informed our rooms were not available at 3.30pm due to housekeeping issues. There were others in the lobby also waiting around. It was left to front of house staff to manage this when hotel management should have been more on the ball. The pool is much smaller than the overhead photos suggest and backs on to a bar. It seemed to be more for show than swimming but it did have a fantastic infinity view over the river.

very comfortable and funky styled room (on the cliff side); spacious and functional bathroom; the pool was stunning - heated water and overlooking the Brisbane River; the staff were welcoming and always helpful; fabulous location for restaurants, cafes, going for a walk, getting to the City and the Valley; wonderful art work throughout. rooms are well ventilated with the window closed. I look forward to staying here again.

The general location is noisy due to the overhead traffic on the Storey Bridge, so be prepared for that. The window glazing is excellent so the room was very quiet while the window was closed.

Extremely well placed to access everything in Brisbane. The views of Story Bridge are so interesting and unusual! still reasonably quiet despite being next to Felons/many bars and restaurants on a Friday & Saturday night. Staff were lovely and attentive. The bed was super comfy.

Minor things that were a little odd - the aircon shut off at night time and I’d have to turn it back on in the middle of the night when I woke up, also the placement of the pool meant that on a busy weekend, you need to walk through all the well dressed locals attending Fiume (the bar) in your pool attire, just felt a little strange.

The layout of the hotel was good & we liked the view of the Story Bridge. It's super convenient to HSW and all their wonderful facilities. The sustainability initiatives are great and the reduction in use of water bottles and other single use plastics was good to see.

The website and follow up enquires with regard to parking indicated for an additional $10 there was a valet parking service, however upon arrival this was met with confusion and there was only an option to self park, while this isn't an issue, it was somewhat confusing.

Great location, quirky clean room. Facilities were well looked after. Loved the room design which made it feel larger than it actually was. We had a nature wall room and it was brilliant to be able to look at the cliff face.

Only slight frustration was heading up to Fiume for a rooftop drink (stunning). We had trouble accessing the QR code to order our drinks and went up to ask if we could order and pay at the bar and were politely told no. Continued trying and eventually sorted it but expected a venue like that to be a little more accommodating.

The hotel, it’s facilities and location were great. I had a complex problem with my credit card at the beginning of my stay. Solutions were offered that were appropriate and appreciated. There was also a follow up call to the hotel to discuss the hold’s put on money taken out of accounts and feedback about my whole stay was received well by the Front Office Assistant Manager which I also appreciated.

Staff intercommunication and patience when dealing with guests could have been better. More customer service training wouldn’t go astray. There were issues with the TV’s over two of the four days I was there but it wasn’t that much of an issue as not there to watch TV. I also asked some pretty basic questions about the area directly around the hotel that staff couldn’t answer. I’d never been to Brisbane before so it would have been amazing to talk to staff that could give me some advice as I started out my day.

Checked in late on Christmas Eve the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and in great spirits! The room was amazing! Really tredny and funky! Loved it! Massive bathroom and shower!! The roof pool over looking the river was outstanding! You have book atleast one night to enjoy this amazing pool! Next stay in Brisbane we will 100% be booking the Crystalbrook Vincent! Worth every penny!!! Thank you especially to the lovely lady who brought our UberEats up to our room on a silver tray with cutlery and plates!! A Christmas angel!!! Just what we are expected more varieties at reasonable value for money. The location is superb, walking distance to many restaurants and story bridge were just above the Hotel, close to the location where we want to be, did not have to drive and find parking.

The check in staff mistakenly gave us the wrong room and we went in to the room that was already occupied and had to go back to the reception to confirm the room number and gave us different key and got sorted.
