Customer service Samantha made me feel at home And the housekeeper s pleasant smiles And today the rep was a lifesaver we would have been stuck at the hotel because our lift canceled on us to make it to the Amtrak station at Grover Beach she was so helpful my phone dropped and broke LOL LOL and we text her a code from another phone and she was just so helpful to make sure we got to our destination I surely appreciate it me and my four children. Thank you so much that's why I continue to tell others about this wonderful great establishment you guys go above and beyond for your guest we feel like family.

I love how close it is to the beach. It’s like a couple minutes to the water. You’re steps away from Splash cafe, a well known restaurant with award winning clam chowder. I love staying at this location. It is Motel 6 but we spend a majority of the time outdoors enjoying the shops and sunbathing.

I wouldn’t stay here if the weather was going to be 80+ just because there was no AC, but they do provide fans. Some of the windows didn’t have coverings, I so it was a little uncomfortable and bright in the morning. We hung a towel up.

The location was a great value for how much the cost was. Compared to some of the other hotels close to the beach, this was very affordable without sacrificing too much in terms of cleanliness and service. Will likely choose again if we come back.

The weather was a bit on the warm side when we went, and there wasn't very good air flow or air conditioner in the room, so we had to make sure the windows were open the first day we were gone in order for it to not be too stuffy.

The check in was very easy and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The motel was really, really close to the beach. There was free parking. There were also restaurants very close to the motel. The bed itself was a memory foam style mattress and this felt weird to us as we aren't used to this design. The fridge was good.

There windows were only single pane and one could hear the outside noises such as the people climbing up the steps right in front of our room. However it was in a quiet location all things considered.

The view from our hotel suit was AMAZING! Very friendly staff, great service, and just a wonderful place to stay with GREAT prices! if ever you want a vacation or even just a quick getaway, this is the place to be..We were only 150ft from the beach and less than a block away from downtown. We had everything we needed in just short walking distance. It couldn't have been more perfect! They exceeded my expectations.. Thank you Motel 6!! We will definitely be visiting again!

The only thing I did not like was when we had to leave.. lol! 😝

I like my view to the ocean and it was very nice there and I would go again. I’ve been there at your location twice already.

One of my heaters wasn’t working in room 234 so it was very cold in that room but other than that it was very nice and let my daughter pick that room. It was bigger than my room. I was right next door in that room is bigger, but the only thing that heater is not working.

Repeat customer and will be back. #1 STAFF IS AWESOME !!!!! I knew what to expect. Rooms are small but ALWAYS very clean. Location is perfect of course. Parking I have to say can be a little rough/but overall I will 100% return over and over again

Rooms are small but we did require the handicapped accessible which did work out just fine We have used different hotel in Pismo. Value/Price works for us.

Amazing location, can't get any closer. I thought it served our purpose great. My wife is a little pickier than I am, but she was "okay" with it (serving its purpose) for this trip. She definitely likes a little more schnazzy of a place, but hey, I'm more concerned with carrying less back and forth to the beach with a family of 6. It was "clean", and safe,room decorations were expected for the price range. I liked it. It's not a 5 star hotel, doesn't claim to be. It's a well maintained Motel 6 that you can see from the beach and use your own restroom with the kiddos, priceless.

Diamond in the rough! Very clean, albeit simple, accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. It was great for our family for the night. Great location and great value

However, there wasn't an in-room heater (that we could figure out), and it got cold at the night. The room was a little on the small side, so It would have been hard for our group of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 10) to stay more than one night.

Location is very good closer to beach. Parking lot is not very big but good enough for park your car. Room is very clean and facility is neat but little bit old.

Feel cold during the night need to add / improved the Heater. it' very closer to the beach will be cold in winter night. Not provide the break first.
